It's not been proven, only unsubstantiated allegations. I think they should take out a malicious Falsehood action against their accuser, as they've possibly not got a leg to stand on. There's no police report, press coverage has been biased against the two, they've lost income and there's little evidence.

Chris Henniker can't help but wonder if there's more evidence than presented to the public though given how quickly they just disappeared without much of a fight and how quickly their label dropped them and sites took down their music. Especially considering how many artists have had allegations made against them with far more damning (public) evidence and survived without hardly any repercussions. I doubt a label would be willing not only to drop an up and coming group like them, but offer full refunds for their second album if it was all baseless.
