No trash talking, no coaches scolding and shouting, no ringside comments, no boxers belittling each other. This is how sparring should be respectful and work.

@@pandabear1576 I agree with you as a competing boxer, I love competitive sparing, but being vulgur at ringside and inside the ring does no one any good. Sparring aint to brake the other guy down its to improve both boxers. But thats just my opinion, but if your a boxer yourself and have a different opinion then you do you brother.

@@pandabear1576 it's also a cultural difference, north american gyms, esp in the US, are hot beds for egos because people want fame and money. a lot of Asian and some European countries take a lot of pride in being humble and even scold their fighters for being too loud/cocky. nothing wrong w either but it is more pleasing to soak in a fight for the technical aspect than it is some dude trying to show off
