why is it that yesterday i bought this wheel, and today it doesn't work anymore. i updated my pc last night and it doesn't recognize the wheel anymore what can i do? also it says no h shifter hw controller detected. Also is the steering wheel called xbox 360 peripherals in device manager

but if a truck has more than 12 gears, the high-low switch sets it straight to 13 instead of 7-12

You can first set a button on the shift lever to switch high and low gear settings 7-12, and then set another high and low gear switching button to set gears 13-16

After testing, it can be shifted to 13th gear. 1. Please confirm that 2 high and low gear switching buttons have been set in the game settings (corresponding to the 2 buttons on the shift lever respectively); 2. Press the gear switching button and you can shift to gear 13.

Hey man, I figured it out.. so in the input wizard you have to utilize BOTH switches on the knob for "shifter toggle 1 and shifter toggle 2". Shifter toggle 1 is going to be the last 6 in your tranny so bind it accordingly.

I bought one the other day, I like everything, but I noticed this thing - the steering wheel in the game moves in small sharp steps, not smoothly. And if you turn on in the settings to track the steering wheel camera to look at the turn, the camera moves the same steps, which is very inconvenient. Is there no way to fix this?

bro you need to adjust your (non) linearity steering in the settings ,then your wheel should be fine and not jumpy .begin with 50% i would say and from there set it to your own preferences .

The V9 steering wheel is in xinput mode by default when connected to the computer. You can switch to Dinput mode by pressing and holding the MODE button for 3 seconds.
