Eloisa, it is great that you bring 6Sigma back to spot, as it very much give structure to projects, starting by defining them very clearly and get the leadeship on board. It is also a great setting to apply data science in the Define, Measure and Analyze, as well as use Agile methods to prototype solutions in the Improve phase. Great one.
