I was just talking to some dev friends online earlier today about the diff b/w being a "technician" (developer/accountant/lawyer/etc) and being a manager (which also can extend to business owner). Making the transition from one to the other can be tough. But I think KNOWING the difference exists can help you make that switch with greater success. OR, like Anwesha said, maybe it will make you realize that it's not for you.
