Cool video. Last year I did four of the five peaks at Mission Trails in a single ride. I rode Mesa and fire road to the top of Cowles, then rode the trail over to Pyles (stashed the bike and hiked to the summit), came back down on Big Rock and crossed over Mission Gorge to the other side of the park and did North and South Fortuna. I then rode back to my car parked at the end of Lake Murray Blvd. I was thinking of hiking up Kwaay Paay but I was just too exhausted.

Yeah, that sounds exhausting lol. Nice job!

Thanks! That's quite a ride. I'd be exhausted, too.

Anywhere bikes are allowed (in that area), ebikes are allowed too. It's really fun!

Such a fun trail, it does get spicy on those turns if you don’t pay attention and on full charge mode.

Yeah, I've come close to overcooking a few of those.

What e-bike are you using?

I have the Kona Remote 160.

@@MTBTrailReview Nice. Just curiosity, is there particular reason you choose this brand? I’m in a market for e-bike?

I just like the way they ride. If you have a big budget, I would look at theb Pivot Shuttle AM. That bike is an absolute blast to ride!

you want a double black, keep going down the hiker trail all the way to the road where you turned around. makes what you road the easy part. we used to do it about 15 years ago.

I'll have to look for that next time.

very nice!... are you by any chance bumbling down a trail?🤣

Absolutely bumbling. It's the only way I know how!

Hey my man, I took a year off of biking due to moving back to San Diego (I met you at Kaylee's first birthday party btw). What's a good trail for someone who was beginner-intermediate but now is crazy out of shape. Preference to being near national city or imperial so I can hit it a lot without putting too much strain on my husband childcare wise? Also do you have a patron?

I remember meeting you! The first trail that comes to mind is Otay Lakes. It's relatively flat, but still really fun. I do not have a Patreon.
