Gate 2009 problem solution is wrong..... Ans should be 64%....apply method used in next problem or keep on decresing the intensity by 0.8 times to get transmitted intensity... 0.8I° ; for 1cm...0.8(0.8I°) ; for 2cm...0.8 (0.8×0.8 I°) ; for 3 cm... And so on... In this question till 2cm only.

I just need to ask you that my ans is. 64 and when when i multiplied it by 100 just to convert it into percentage the ans turned out to be 64 is it correct
