What a beautiful video. Your words and storytelling, insights and mindfulness all make me want to go back to the mountains again. Thank you for sharing how you overcome fear and worries. ❤

Wow. This resonated in a way I cannot describe with words. The mountains and your thoughts resonated and hit me like a fright train. Every thing you said, every complex and cluster fucked mind game our minds are creating and utterly simple and shocking beautifull answer being alone and in those mountains gives you, got to my heart. I thank you. I understand what you are saying. Be humble be magnificent.

Indeed every day is a good day. Congratulations on creating such a powerful montage of your questing in the Pyrenees. I too have walked these trails and grown to love them. On winters evenings I sometimes watch videos on KZbin that remember me of summer days in the high Pyrenees that seemed to never end. So many hiking videos on KZbin share the shiny surfaces of rocks, flowers, and beautiful landscapes. But you have made a genuine attempt to share the interiority of your encounter with these places. And not just that but the interiority of your encounter with the interiority of these places. To walk knowing that the mountains deserve to be asked for permission to walk them. I commend you for that.

What a beautiful video! Full of art, wisdom and poetry, you were able to communicate the feeling of being there which is very clever (in my humble opinion). That loneliness during a hike is double edged, it sometimes creates a stronger connection with the surroundings I think. But after a day or two alone it's nice to find some travel companions. I finished the Camino de Santiago this summer (with tent) and crossing the Pyrenees was one of my favourite parts which is why the GR 10 is now on my to do list. On the camino it was actually difficult to be alone because it's a very social affair, very positive in all, but fom time to time I would stay in my tent to get that deeper connection with nature and the beingness or whatever you want to call it. Thank you, keep it up! Namaste 🙏

What were you studying before planning to leave on an Erasmus exchange? I understand that most people complete the entire trip in about 45 days. Bonjour Denisa. KZbin did feel that i missed trekking and hinted me your video ... I also walked through GR10, felt in love with pyrenees and now became mountain guide in Ariège (you may have not seen it from GR10, but it's the wildest and most secret part of the pyrenees). Your video made me travel back, but brought me surprisingly more. You're talented to put hiking's beauty into unexpected and inspiring words. During watching I just gratefuly experienced back all the feelings and poetry you describe. Better than meditation, hearing you was like an inner trek. Thanks for sharing such beautiful content, and keep going. Should you want to come back in the region, i can have some hints for other pyrenean treks you could enjoy. Merci !
@denisamonil2 жыл бұрын
Bonjour, yes, i experienced the beauty and wilderness of Ariege, there the Pyrenees really started to be part of me. Long days without seeing anyone, no towns, no reception. Just me and the mountains. Thick fog, but after all the clouds, always a beautiful surprise. You're lucky to be with them so often as a guide ! :) Thank you for your words. I really appreciate it!
