Delpratts you guys are doing an amazing job, but here's 2 little observations/recommendations 1. Try to get better videos, not too fast, and a more full shot of a room. Do this by standing at the door and gently "panning" the camera so that the entire space can be seen. Sometimes you move the video so fast it makes me dizzy to watch. 2. Try to learn more about homes/fixtures (proper names). Like the lazy susan in the cupboard. Its not just for you, but you're also educating people too. It will make you look more professional and like you know what you're saying/doing

The RULES of Real Estate determine the PRICE. Land is limited in JA and certain locations are more POPULAR than others. This is a TOURIST area. It is in high demand. Think of R.E. in Manhatten compared to upstate NY. 🔹PLUS, just like crafting something yourself is USUALLY cheaper, buying land and building it yourself COULD be cheaper. It won't LIKELY be in a GATED community but you CAN find those with just land. You are obligated to build in 2 yrs tho... 🔹In places where land is in abundance like some parts of the US or Africa, homes are cheaper.

Wow, one of the biggest bathrooms I've seen, all the rooms look larger than most of the other homes. Love the layout and what is being offered,, only thing I miss is a decent verandah or back porch..... Dont know if the additional free wifi warrants the HOA fee of 10G per month though. In theory it's cheaper to do that. However, the reality of building in jamaica is a challenge. Buying the land is fine, however, when building you will be faced with extortion, cost overruns, people dragging their feet etc etc.

That could be a nightmare. The same person you hire to build the house will send people to steal the materials and you have to be their to avoid shabby work with no warranty. You would have gray hair by the time they finish.plus the security. With this you can lock it up and leave or travel and its protected. You buy a piece of land and build a house you have to leave someone one their to keep away burglers which turn into another problem. squatters. They destroy your place plus you would have to pay all the bills while they live their. This way is stress free

The outside design is nice and different. I love the doors very different. I like the kitchen, I like the bathroom with the standing shower but would rather double vanity with more space. The roof seem low because the female could touch the chandelier. Rooms, closets and the living areas are too small. The 3 bedroom should have been at least 2000 sq feet and the 2 bedroom should be 1500 sq feet. But I love that this developer came with something different from the norm.

Nice modern design. This is not a vacation home if there trying to get expat to buy. The home is small and floor plan layout is boxy. It should be more open for entertainment , access to backyard should be off the living space ie where the livingroom and kitchen with glass patio doors.
