Really loving what I am seeing. Am over impressed with the bedroom size.

Is there room for expansion?

Went to see these properties a few weeks ago. Nice, especially the townhouses. But.......way up in the hills and quite a drive from the centre. You would need a car. We ruled it out due to the location. But reasonable price.

You have to remember your seen all over the world I am not living in jamaica.but when you talk about the dogs that dont have a home as mongerl,and run them away . Show you hate God creation and have no compassion for animals its not about making house and money.,I know some jamaican dont treat animals good .the world is watching you.!!

She has NOTHING to get. The devil is in the details. People signing up mortgages and not reading / understanding the fime print. Reality is she had a ARM..Adjustable Rate Mortgage while SHE believed she has a FIXED rate mortgage. Example Fixed rate mortgage may have a J$90,000 per month monthly payment for the life of the mortgage. With a ARM if market intetest rates increase your monthly payment may jump to J$125,000 monthly for example. This means is she is still paying J$90,000a month she is now paying short J$35,000a month which leas to late fees, delinquency etc. AND place hee Credit Rating in total ruin

Adjustable Rate Mortgages: ARM. Know the documents u signing...READ! Get a FIXED rate mortgage.

I would never do a flat roof. I guess they're not going to show what they look like on the inside, there's no trees. Basically looks like apartment stuck on a piece of land.

The stove is in a horrible position....they didn't think this through at all and movement. The kitchen, dining and living spaces are too small.

Delpratt Family that is a nice development. Jamaica is on the rise with nice houses. They need to put some of those Housing Scheme in St.Mary, Portland, and St.Thomas. Those parishes are so neglected and needs upgrading. You guys need to encourage them to do these parishes. Keep Up The Good Work. Blessings.

THE BUILDER NEED TO STOP MAKING 5 YEAR OLD DESIGN THEIR HOUSE , THE JAMAICAN BUIDERS NEED TO DO BETTER STYLE WISE, I WOULD SUGGEST JAMAICAN BUIDER TAKE TRIP TO MEXICO AND THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC TO SEE BEAUTIFUL MODERNIST HOME DESIGN.

The homes look like shipping containers, not attractive at all. Once they have built the 600 they should stop. The concept is good but the houses are disappointing
