Nobody thinks that cubing is that impressive anymore. I love cubing. I bring a 2x2 and 3x3 cube to school every day and just sit there doing solve after solve. All it does is make people annoyed because "the turning to loud" or "it's just obnoxious that you of all people are able to solve that". I would keep cubing, but dont try to "flex" on people with your slow solves.

For the "annoying" cases you can just use R U R' U' R' L R L' and L' U' L U L R' L' R to make them easier to remember. Great tutorial though it helped a lot!

If anyone is struggling memorizing the last algorithms, I use the mnemonic device of “LURE EARL” to remember “L U R U’ R’ L’”, and then for the other weird case I just swap the Ls and Rs that I memorized, and flip the “primeness” of each move. Then basically all I have to remember is that LURE (L U R) isn’t prime, and EARL (U’ R’ L’) is prime.
