Definitely one of my top favorite moments playing through this game was getting to go through each character's epilogue individually at the end and, instead of receiving a simple excerpt describing what became of them like everyone else, Sandra has one last conversation with you (don't know if this is dependent on whether or not you choose to take her with you). Out of all the wonderfully written characters in this game I would have to say she was the one I loved the most, which is saying a lot. By the time I beat the campaign, I just felt like she understood you as the MC more than anybody else in the cast, ally or non, and getting the opportunity to bring her with you - just the way she hesitantly opened up about her desire to continue being with you despite the circumstances/implications surrounding that kind of future really struck a cord with me; even going as far to forgo her usual arrogance by admitting that she was aware that her request was out of pure selfishness.. just nnnnngh! >_< Was really crossing my fingers that there was a way to release her from her prison at some point in the game, but perhaps then it wouldn't have hit me as strongly overall. It's the bittersweetness of your ultimate relationship with her that really makes it memorable after all I suppose.

One of my favorite moments in the game was when it gave me the option to just sit quietly with Sandra for a while after she lashes out. That was powerful and subtle. Almost like you are taking a moment to share the solitude she has experienced.

Pyre is one of those few games that makes me want to take my time with the dialogue because I just wanted to listen to the soundtrack in the background. The soundtrack just goes so incredibly well with the already compelling storytelling... almost hate how genuinely impressed I am with both SuperGiant Games and Darren Korb.
