so first you take off your bottoms and undergarments and sit (ideally on a toilet) and flex the muscles in the glutes to spread open the little hole down there. them you need to push for valhalla and you might let out a little scream but in the end a brown lump of waste will be right where you sat. the last step is optional but you can wipe up the whole to make it a little cleaner using sand paper, toilet paper or leaves (do not recommend doing all three 😅) happy pooping 😁🙏👍
