Hi! Here is the unboxing and up close view of my haul from the 2017 Desert Woodcarver's Show. I just bought 6 new colwood tips and the nibsburner fixed tip spoon shader cool touch pen. Talked to Pam of Mountain Woodcarvers and my order goes out this afternoon. Very fast order/shipping. I'm hoping to have the tips by friday/Saturday. 😃

Hey Val. Great video, explaining the stuff really well, thanks. Cool kit (although not too cool otherwise it'd be no good for what it's meant for :-) {low hummour, tee hee}. That big shader looks like it'll cover some ground, pretty darn quickly. Please enlighten me as to what a "Nibsburner fixed tip spoon shader cool pen" ,noted in your comment, is please. Cool and burning don't really fit together for my brain, other than the burning that sub zeo stuff can cause. I could understand someone saying, "Wow, that's a really cool burner", but I'm guessing that's not what you meant.

+Paul Hunter Thanks Paul! 😆 lol maybe I should update my comment. The new nibsburner pen is a fixed tip (meaning you can't remove) spoon shader (like the tip I compare to the big shader) cool "touch" pen (the pen its self stays cool and doesn't heat up in your hand after a long session of burning). Though I am definitely looking into the last part of staying cool to the touch. I know what you mean about the two not going together. 😂 I guess that would be a bit confusing.

Mmm. My Psych counselling Prof always said I look too deep into meanings for the everyday mundane stuff (that and I was a bast.... for screwing with the English language, taking the obvious intent of a phrase and turning it into the literal sense; which most folk wouln't even think about). I thought he hated me but he awarded me a first so he can't have done....CAN HE? :-) Some people have said that I'm cool to the touch. I blame that on the Reynauld's Syndrome. See, I'm doing it again.... Maybe that's what the new burner is like and so that's why it doesn't need vents. Maybe the new pen has Reynauld's too!

How many watt is Super Pro Deluxe 2? There is no information to buy a transformer. For reference, here is Korea.

Hi! They are 120w. What wattage do you all use in Korea? Also, since this review, I have reviewed the optima 1 in a video. I highly recommend the optima over the colwood. The optima can ship with a conveter plug depending on your wattage & i know they have some colwood units for oversea, but im not sure what wattage. The optima can be viewed here: www.carvertools.com
