Hello. You are amazing. I have a question. Can you do pyrography ontop of rough wood carving, or should it always be on a flat surface? Thanks.

Hi Dana. Thank you so much. If the surface is not smooth, your burning will not be consistent and you won't get an even design. If you just want to accent the edges of the carving work, it's fine. It can be done, of course. Hope this helps.
