Mam i have a question, when pyro phosphate means two phosphate are released for attaching of one nucleotide, does it mean synthesis of two ATP and by sulfurylase(if not where does the other phosphate goes), and the further reaction that makes double oxyluciferin molecule, and so on. So can we say that double amount of light will be generated for each nucleotide added.. And so in the pyrogram it means one nucleotide for each double light
