I would personally love him to play as RCB, his possession game is good, good passer, good defensively, could be a great ball playing RCB for chelsea, and also someone that can take set pieces. Just needs less running I think. Maybe he could play inverted FB role, looks press resistance, is good in the air, might provide extra strength in midfield for chelsea to play double pivot.

Also actually was surprised by the high Malo percentage of crosses and that Pythagoras said it's one of his best traits, for my eye test Malo does them often kind of arbitrarily and randomly, nothing near Reece

@@BenNo-nm1kj James just looks like a rare breed, his overall game is just so well refined, one of those that are destined to be on football's hall of Fame but I think he'll hardly reach that level cuz of injury. I genuinely don't think he has any weakness apart from injuries. I would love to see him in midfield, his passing is great, has good football IQ, will help Chelsea's midfield on the air, and any transition on that right side. Could bump forward occasionally to help hold the width or cross. Might be too late, but whenever he is in that midfield region, he just comfortable. As a RCB I could see him in a role like bastoni's. Would be a cheat code

I have to disagree regarding gusto’s heading ability. His more of an attacking/procession based full back. It would be good if he improves but I don’t think it’s Detrimental for him to reach the top top tier in his position. I really think his massive potential. In the right system I can see him being top tier. Granted he doesn’t have a joint related injury.

prediction: 65/68/74 good all rounder really, seems to be solid for a UCL club, so maybe higher than 65. I think he won’t ever become generational, he doesn’t have a natural freak ability for anything in particular to make him standout.
