"All things are numberable", how the air and oxygen we breathe is numberable? , how water is numberable?

O2 is the formula of oxygen. Means two molecules of oxygen. H2O formula of water. Are these not numerable? The amount of Oxygen a person inhales can be calculated. You have gone to hospitals where Oxgen cylinders are used. There is an oxygen meter there to control the amount of Oxygen entering into the body of a person. Moreover, science also tells you the amount of liquid or oxygen present in your body. If these things are not numerable, then how can they correctly identify these in numbers? You go to a tyre shop and fill up the gas in tyres of your car. Why do you say that 36 or 38 in each tyre?
