hello sir in the Bmi formula why do you multiply it with 703?

the formula for calculating BMI is weight (lb) / [height (in)]2 x 703. 703 converts pounds to kilograms and inches to meters

The formula determines the units. If you used the: height/(weight**2) that means the weight is in KG and height is in meters. He uses a different formula which uses pounds and inches.
