At 4:03:10 While calculating practical significance you’ve used CI_95 (hard coded to 0.04,0.06) instead of CI (0.399,0.426). Correct me if I’m wrong, but that seems like an error because the results will be opposite. Thanks for explaining the thorough lesson though :).

I think her original calculation of the practical sifnificance is correct (lower_bound_CI > delta), in this way, the result is practically significance since 0.399 > 0.1. The interpretation of the CI is: we are 95% confident that the true difference between the CTR in experimental vs control groups is between 0.339 and 0.426. The lower bound should be larger than the MDE to be practical significance.
