The first speaker was very clear and concise. The second presenter needs to do some significant work on his presentation skills, It was more like he was showing off how clever he was rather than trying to present information in a clear fashion.

For data lists, is it possible to make an array for the shapefiles name in a folder that includes all the meta data in the array?
