Mutz also has great HE pen (90mm). I actually have 15 HE shells in my Mutz and like to punish lights at the beginning of the battle with them.

I bought the Mutz back then when it came into the game. A couple of years later I won the Schwartzpanzer in a marathon. I use them with slightly different equipment. By my opinion it is (they are) an excellent tank(s) even nowadays.

I bought the Schwarzpanzer during the Black Market as my first tier 8 premium tank and it did surprisingly great. I played a lot of battles with it while trying to complete Bourrasque missions and it left me with a good impression. Also it is useful for credit farming, I managed to farm ~8-10 million credits with it. After I got the Bourrasque, this tank took a back seat because I love the French boy much more. But overall it is a good tank.

Don’t know about EU but a couple years ago NA had these missions where you could earn the Black IS-6, Black T34 and the Black Mutz. If you were good you got all three, if you were crap (like me) you got one. And that’s how I got my Butz.

I most enjoy the "solid" 3-4k damage games that involve many decisions and adaptations. Your explanations are always thoughtful and teach me a great deal. I have retreated from Tiers 9 and 10 to work on improving my "skills" in Tiers 7 and 8. I am playing to survive, win, and have at least 2000 damage in every game. And step by step I am getting better. Thank you Skill, and Kylas. I enjoy the game more because of your efforts.

Skill I love to see videos that highlight the smart/game winning plays. Like the key push, distracting of a gun line/lemming train, capping to pull forces back etc. Damage games are good to highlight what a tank can do but seeing the plus and minus points of each vehicle is how we as a community can learn to improve and have better games all round so I would like to see more all round content please.

Great video, good to see how you are SUPPOSED to play this tank. If you have time, and are open to suggestions, I would love to see you play the Chinese Tier IV TD, the SU-76G FT. This thing is a beast in it's tier! I know it is low tier, but I think you would enjoy playing it and I would love to see it played to the MAX!

I agree with your opinion 100%. I have it and hardly ever play it. If I want to play TD, ill take S1 or SU-130 PM. I see no point in taking a medium tank to snipe from the bush on the red line.

But Skiiiill, you did not mention the HE shells with 90mm pen, and you only have three HE shells in your tank. Indien-Panzer has a similar gun and I enjoyed having decent HE shells for paper tanks.

But skieeeeeeel, pardon me for intromission but I don't think you put enough emphasis on the HE pen in this tank. It's pretty respectable (90 pen and nice velocity) and can make the enemy pregnant!

I have a love-hate relationship with this tank... It has great gun depression and elevation, but zero armor, and the tank is big and tall, so it's easy to shot it. In theory, a 0.31 dispersion is great, but it aims for over two seconds, and even with BIA, stabilizer, snap shot and some other perks gun sometimes trolls me so hard... Like I'm standing still, enemy is not moving, I'm fully aimed and the shell just decides to take part in a space program and fly to the moon. And it can behave like it for next ten shots, just RNG deciding "nein, you won't connect any shot in this battle". It reloads for like 6.7 seconds, so it also sucks. Mobility? Just decent. View range? Can't complain. Penetration, alongside sometimes derpy gun handling can be very frustrating - also because on paper shell velocity is great, but in reality you won't hit any shapshots, because it's not a Blyatmobile. Mutz also suffers from frequent ammo racks, so already long reload time is getting even worse. It's just sad that there are tanks so badly out of meta like Mutz, and at the same time there are tanks like Spaghetto 46 that are better at everything. I think that Mutz suffers like this just because WG overall treats german vehicles like shit ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I honestly thinking that even pz.58 mutz such a bad tank but it seems way better than panther 8,8. I really struggle with its playstyle and I rather choose mutz. However, I still pick panther since I can train crew for both german mt line.

I have Schwarzpanzer from black market and I like it, it's not too bad and not too good tank, armor is not a thing that you can trust in this tank but it has good angles and I'm always suprised how often it bounce shots from its turret or front upperplate a higlight would be also good gun depression which helps in bouncing shots. Few days ago I had a shitty battle with about 2000 combined on tier X and it was one of this fast battles where enemies had only hiden TD's left... our team circled them (me included) and waited for someone to spot them, and in a second I was like "mine, mine! mine!" about 4000 spot in a few seconds :D and 1k more damage from my side :)

KZbin is full of battles with high dmg battles, but most of them is about lucky-shots, 279(e) or Bobject vs tier8, or camping, when these players dont need to do smart things. I would love learning more from your videos.

Personally, I would prefer showcasing the better game play, decision making aspect games. Every CC shows epic battles results, and that honestly gets boring, since most of us can't match that game play. But if we can learn better ways to play a tank, then our games improve, as well as our enjoyment.

Its an ok tank Skill but the fact that I do not play it often tells it's own story. It shoud have preferential MM because meeting tier 10 is a nightmare.
