HELL AT HIGH TIDE Premise
Summer, 1993. The MS Riptide, a Spladd Transport™️ cruise ship bound for the southern tip of Florida, set sail from Boston, MA. On the third day of the Riptide's cruise, we were met with an awful sight: massive storm clouds on the horizon. As rain began pelting the decks, the captain announced the ship would be docking at the nearby Eventure Island. Alas, the captain's call came too late. The storm thickened. Waves lapped over the deck of the ship. Passengers were knocked every which way. Then everything stopped with a sickening CRUNCH, as the ship made contact with the shoreline. As we steadied ourselves, the captain made another announcement: the radio was down. Luckily, it appears we arrived at our destination. The passengers were to stay with the ship as he and some crew members would walk into town for help. That was three hours ago. As the rain pours down upon us weary passengers, we heard something nearby. There's something rustling in the bushes. Before we could even react, a man with his right eye hanging from his sockets lunged from the bushes… and SPRINTS at us.
