I just finished watching your entire series on the RM. I have to say, your videos are very relaxing and almost therapeutic to watch even though you are clearly working very hard. The camera work and editing are spectacular, not to mention the amount of tech you provide, make this series better than anything I've seen from a TV production studio. Keep up the great work! I'm looking forward to the next build!

Restoration is a labour of love for sure. I try to break even on my rebuilds, and i do well most of the time. Although my builds look pretty good, they are far from what you have done with this bike. Your restoration is truly a thing of of beauty. Great job.

I realy like maintaining my bike, wash it, lube it, change worn out parts and of course ride it. I just like to keep it in good condition. Watching your videos makes me want to buy a second bike just to rebuild it. But holy shi*, that money and time you put in is just exorbitant. Of course, having seen these videos, I should not be suprised, but wow!!! I like saving money by doing stuff myself instead of heading to the dealer. You are just on another level, totally crazy! Keep up the good work.

What an awesome job! I saw the whole process at one time and I'am absolutely surprised by the level of thoroughness and dedication applied to that beauty that dazzled us on the tracks in 1992. Gday , I just stumbled across your channel and I'm amazed. Camera work and attention to detail is flawless. I know how much time and effort camera work/editing is, so i take my hat off to you. Ive only seen one episode but can wait to binge watch the full rm250 series today. Desperately wanting a 92 RM80 when was a kid, it a real treat to see one restored like this. I cant wait for the next project. I love the Honda Z50 ( I have 11 of them!!) and that would be a sweet, easy and cheap project to undertake as your next resto... just a thought. I can help you with parts etc. I also have a connection in Japan and i usually get abikes and parts sent over every year, so of there is any NOS or rare shit you cant find, i can potentially source them for you. Well done again on the build and you got a new sub and thumbs up form me. Cheers, JG.

This is my newest favorite KZbin channel, and I subscribed and binge watched every single video without taking a break! I CANNOT WAIT for the next restoration series! I sure wish you had the time for me to pay you for an hour or two per week of your time to watch over my shoulder (using Skype or FaceTime or similar), to help me in my earliest beginning steps of learning bike wrenching, so I don’t make massive, costly mistakes. Some mistakes are PERMANENT and financially crippling... GGGREAT channel and videos!!!

Very nice built. One of the best restoration here on KZbin, and with lot of explanation. I am rebuilding an rm80 from 1996. I have a doubt on the upper bearing of the rear shock absorber. It seems like the small shaft is sticked to the seals and the bearing. On the partlist manual there are no spare parts. Do you know how should I proceed? Thank you for your videos anyway.

At $30 an hour for labour thats a 30k bike right there.. :P I've been there and done that myself on several bikes, probably will do again. Mainly old 50s and 60s bikes.. I contemplated restoring one of my dirtbikes to near new status but at the end of the day unless it is all new old stock parts it never really is new and they are so much more fun having their necks wrung aroud a dirt track, espeically when you have castor oil in them :D
