@@morgreeen right! Im finding I always get sucked into overcomplicating things so I really appreciate this video as a reminder to keep it simple. I always stress if I don’t have protein even with fruit or feel like it’s pointless to exercise if I’m not doing progressive overload strength training program but it’s just about getting up and moving especially in the beginning. Thank you!! Gonna go walk on the treadmill now!! 🚶🏻♀️♥️

Hi Morgan. I am 61 years old and have struggled with food/body issues all my life. Over the last couple of months I have lost about 14 pounds. I think this is the healthiest way I have ever lost weight (eating healthy foods and walking). A key factor has also been that my husband and I are doing it together. Next month we will celebrate 40 years of marriage! I still would like to lose around 20 more pounds, and I am so thankful I found your channel. Thanks for being so real and encouraging!! ❤️😀

Just found your channel and I’m loving these videos. I finally stopped the fad diets and restrictions and lost 40 pounds and have kept it off for more than a year. Also as someone over 40 I am proof that it can be done (referring to the comment someone left). I basically did the same things you did 🤷🏼♀️.

Love your honesty and how you figured out what felt good for you and what didn’t. I’m working on that, realized that obsessing over the scale (numbers) was super counterproductive for my journey. So I need to listen to myself and not just do what others tell me to do. God bless 🙏🏻

I’ve been watching your videos all morning and I loved this so much. I think it’s amazing you didn’t follow a set specific routine, like you just listened to your body and mind and flowed with it and I love that so much. I never want to feel like I’m following a diet yanno? I just want it to be a lifestyle and I’m learning that slowly. But anyways loved this video so so much!

I know I’m late but as someone who can’t eat cow dairy because it makes me sick I thought I’d let you know that if you are lactose intolerant you can still eat cheese from Goats, Sheep and Buffalo because there’s less lactose in the milk. La Clare has great goat cheddar and pepper jack, Pecorino Romano is a sheep cheese similar to Parmesan and Buffalo mozzarella is 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 I also can’t tell the difference between regular Brie and Goat Brie. My favorite is Cypress Grove Midnight Moon 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

@@morgreeen I knew what you meant :) fruits are better than what we commonly know as a carb though because of how nutrient dense fruits are !!! So yeah, I prefer fruit as my carb for breakfast
