Hello, I am the page manager (this isn't the Rabbi in the video) I think the story is not necessarily a factual story. It is usually used as a slightly humorous way to address more serious ideas that relate to the story or a cute way to start a serious lecture. I hope this helps - all the best

The book of Iyov, as part of Tanach, prophesy, is interpreted to be referring to the concept of the Divine spark within. This idea is true even if Iyov himself didn't have it. I hope this helps

Just to add, Tanach being prophetic it can contain ideas beyond the actual awareness of the one writing the prophesy. And before you argue this point, you must accept this, because otherwise we must say that a prophet was aware of every idea ever said based on the verses they wrote, and that is clearly not so, as we see from the Talmudic explanations of verses
