I came upon your video by accident. Well not accidentally, I believe in divine intervention and guidance, but I would like to learn more. I have been trying to learn Hebrew to understand the deeper meanings behind the scriptures, and often wondered if the everlasting life Jesus spoke of in the scriptures meant reincarnation! I know we are all just passing through, and I want to know what my calling is and how I can help others on their spiritual journey. Your video has been very helpful and I appreciate coming upon the knowledge and wisdom you shared. I subscribed to your channel and will try to learn all I can. I am thankful for your existence and thankful to God for the knowledge, love and kindness he makes available to us all, if we are searching for it, through those He chose to share that knowledge and wisdom through. I think you did a wonderful job, and I am eager to learn more! I'm not sure what religion I am but I know I have been here before. And although I'm not sure where I am going, I know God is leading me somewhere...

The Islam which you see being practised is not Islam , it's the paganism of hadiths ( fabrications ) . Hadith following and writing are strictly forbidden in the Quran along with secatarianism. There are no rituals in Islam , the Quran forbids them . Salah / salat is to give zakat not to read namaz which is basically parsi Namaz and belongs to zoroastrianism. Sawm means to be steadfast on the path which God has shown in the Quran NOT hunger fast . Islamic Hajj is to broadcast the message of God not circumabulate kaaba ( pagan deity ) , it was built by pagans not Ibrahim . In surah Marij God says , he gives every soul 50000 years to reform itself , we keep getting reborn untill we are reformed to be resurrected to jannah / heaven . Those souls who don't reform themselves in 50000 years are terminated. Islam / Quran is secular but 99 percent so called Muslims don't know . Read Dr Kashif Khan's ( Quran researcher ) article on the internet to know the Islam which the Quran brought, the real Islam .

I was Muslim, practised it, but found the violence and treatment of the "other" unconscionable and not from the source of all Good. The more I researched it, the more it unravelled. Examine the egregious conduct of Muhammad and his companions. Things the clerics never tell you, but it's easy to find now. I accepted Jesus, following Messianic Noahide Judaism. Watch The Chosen free and then pick up the Bible. Read the Gospels. Listen to Bible in a Year by Fr. Mike. Fr. Mike Schmitz is very good, and on YT, too. Ladder of Jacob website is a great resource to understand who Maschiach ben Yosef really is . Keep seeking truth. Stay blessed!

Because it is completely compatible with the mystical Sufi view. It is true that fundamentalists in Islam hate us and consider us a threat to the fundamentals of the religion. They say that we are infidels or heretics, etc., but it doesn't matter. I'm happy because I found other domino pieces from the Jewish religion to add to the general scene! May God bless you all. It’s because Judaic tradition is very old and partly leans onto wisdom derived from the last satya yuga. Reincarnation is the „gold standard“. Even in a religion that arose in the darkest hours of Kali Yuga, Christianity, you can still find traces (resurrection of Christ, the faithful on judgement day etc)

In Judaism its not neccessarily the soul of a persons whole identity that is reincarnated, its likely only a part of the soul that is sent back for rectification, but the rest of the person soul (having 5 parts) remains or is sent elsewhere.

Our family has always had this ability. In fact it's how I met my guardian angel not too long ago. She tried to hide the fact that she was different but once I called her out on it she burst outward with light! It was pretty amazing. After, I went outside to smoke a cigarette and I thought to myself how I wish there was a way for me to know it was real. I am Catholic, a religion that do not teach about reincarnation. However, I do believe in this, not because of what I have heard from mystics but because I have seen my past myself. Those who hinted about this to me, they only confirmed what I have seen for myself. Now, I am just silent about this and kept my belief on this a secret from my Catholic communities. I am just grateful I meet people like you even online, from time to time. Thank you Rabbi.

Hebrews 9:27. Catholic Church or the Bible do not teach life cycles and reincarnation like other religions. I think you have mixed beliefs. And remember Jesus fights against all other religions and beliefs. You can say the teaching of the Catholic Church is wrong, because you have seen your fast. How did you see your past is another story (Did you die and God allow you to come back? How did your life begin, is it in the previous life or in this life? When was you born in your previous life? Do you have 2 birthdays, or may be 3). May God bless you and bring you back to read his words and believe in them.

unsolicited advice: Be honest about your experiences, and don't fear loss of relationships. Also, if you worship a god that is a "jealous god" and commands you to worship it... it's not actually God. I wouldn't advise being Catholic, few denominations of Christianity are any where close to being as flawed and inherently evil as Catholicism (sorry, Catholics, it's just true) Your relationship with God is not dictated by rituals and rules, and God does not reside in or prefer Churches. The framework of reality is complex, but it's a rather simple notion to understand that you're supposed to be tempted by one who is a deceiver and full of pride. If your God is contradictory, and prideful, then it's not God, it's a deceiver. Unfortunately such a folly is the state of Catholicism, and people are encouraged not use their God-given gifts of critical thought to assess and realize this rather obvious fact. You shouldn't lose faith in God over this, you should use this to truly find God. Also just to say it, it's a misconception that reincarnation is something governed by memories, this isn't so. If you experience memories that are not yours, that's not indicative of reincarnation. When reincarnation occurs, much is lost, including memories. Souls are not fully reincarnated. Souls shatter upon death, and only pieces of them are recycled. Your foreign memories are more likely related to states of high consciousness that allow for "remote viewing" so to speak. In such situations, you will experience another life from it's perspective, creating the illusion that it is "you" because you directly experience their experiences. IE, when you experience another life, you must be that other life. You return to yourself, and remember the remote experience, which can be mistaken for having a personal experience quite easily.

Thank you for sharing this. I have no memories of this kind, but for a long time it felt strange to me that I had a body. I lived with this feeling without fully acknowledging it, until one time when I was in my early twenties a friend of mine said something along these lines: "Isn't it strange that we feel pain inside, like the emotional pain? What is there that's hurting?" I realised that emotional pain was never strange to me, my "inside" always felt real and natural. It was the physical body that felt a bit odd. I'm now in my 40s and I'm much more settled in my body, but it took me a while 🙂

Hey, Joan! A Christian cannot have pagan beliefs. You can be drawn to the particulars of religions, surely. A lot of them are really interesting and the practices seem really mystical. It’s fascinating. Christianity, however, is a relationship with Jesus not a checklist of what we believe or not believe. We recognize our sin nature, we know we can never be pure, we believe Jesus and in His mercy, died for our sins. He paid the price on our behalf. Is reincarnation not cruel? What creator God would send his child back for a do over? What creator God would send him back without knowledge of what he needed to improve on? My daughter in law has been struggling with this because she is half Vietnamese and this is what her family believed. I hope you find that belief in Jesus, in its simplicity, is the greatest example of a Father Creator’s love.

I recently read a story that was in the news. The story itself happened many years ago. It was told by a mother who one day stepped out of the house with her twin daughters, trying to cross the street, and a drunk driver hit the young children, and killed them. A few years later, the same mother asked her husband if it was OK with him if they had another child. And the woman got pregnant, and to their surprise, gave birth to TWIN girls. About two years after that, the young girls began to complain why the mother had thrown away their toys, after they looked repeatedly and could not find them. They described the toys of their two dead sisters, which the mother had thrown away after their deaths. The children also began reflecting on other past life memories, and had a hysterical phobia of going anywhere near any car! The mother then went to the news, saying, she thinks her twins are reincarnations of her two young daughters who have died in a car accident by a drunk driver. It appears, the spirits of the two killed children were able to determine to be born to the SAME mother, as they were also able, or had control over, being born to the same mother AT THE SAME TIME, as twins. It is not the first, nor will be the last story told of spirits determining who their parents are before incarnating.

Shalom Rabbi Simon Jacobson, I just stumbled and started enjoying your videos. While not Jewish by birth, I've felt as one ever since I could remember. (I think I watched the Ten Commandments (the movie) more than a dozen times during my teenage years). Being from a Berber background (North African, not too far from places related historically to Maimonides), there is a great possibility that I might be of a Jewish descent. Veering towards less rational grounds, I clearly remember my previous incarnation, in which I was born in Vienna, fled Europe to escape Nazi persecution, landed in Casablanca where I died. Coincidentally, I was born in that same city. The doctor who delivered me was Jewish. My childhood friends were Jewish. My first love was Jewish. Etc. Whether there is validity to this or not, I'll conclude by raising the proverbial cup of gratitude to toast the mysteries of creation, as signs of divine presence being just around corner, almost reachable, almost palpable. Thank you for sharing your wisdom

Rabbi, your video has reminded me of thoughts I had as a child and young person. I would meet a random person maybe for only a moment and get a feeling I would meet them again in my life time. A feeling of circles. People coming in and out of my life for some purpose to them or me. As I aged l didn’t notice these encounters as often, maybe from distractions of the stress of responsibilities but once in a while I’ll encounter a person and feel an instant connection and comfort that comes from familiarity on a deep level. In a moment of meeting that person I would know what makes them laugh, sad, passionate, or vulnerable but not through words.. Thank you for helping me connect to that childhood ability to tap in to the current that goes through us all.

This jives. I am Jewish, but I’ve never been exposed to the teachings of my faith due to my circumstances growing up I have, however, been able to study every other faith quite extensively nearly anyway I’ve been trying to find a way to study this topic without any Hebrew, so I really appreciate this resource. One thing that immediately pops at me very strongly is that if the soul has a purpose… My next question I guess would be what is that purpose and how do you find it out? And to who or what ends does our purpose serve? I very much look forward to learning more on this topic, thank you very much for opening this door way which has been very much closed- normally it is best to keep the most important knowledge secret however, you are correct, these are not normal times. I remember being without a body, just conciousness, a soul floating in darkness. I knew where I was going was a flawed place, imperfect and with struggles. So I must of have some knowledge of perfection to compare it to. Then it was like the darkness itself sped up around me and I was flung toward my destination. What happened next was like time and my life sped up. I remember being in my crib, unable to walk yet, but hearing the voices of my family and wanting to get to them. I was so frustrated I couldn’t walk that I began to cry. My older sister came and picked me up and carried me to the family. I remember sitting on her leg and her bouncing me on her leg like I was riding a horse. These memories happened in rapid succession. Before I knew it I was 4 in what seemed like only moments. I woke up in my bed one morning and it was as if time stabilized and my memories became more easy to remember. But I never forgot those strange early experiences of life and that darkness before entering the world. I didn’t really understand as a kid, but getting older I thought about the tunnel and the light people see at death. My theory is I was in that tunnel, but instead of going to Heaven, I was going to Earth. The tunnel isn’t a one way street it seems. That has always stuck with me.

The day when I was 4 and started to remember stuff well, I instinctively knew I was in my house, my room, I knew what those concepts were. I remember going into the living room and as soon as I saw my family I knew who my mom, my dad, my siblings, my Grandmothers, I knew who they all were and what their relation to me mean't. And that fear I had from the pre-life darkness, was lifted. I had this peaceful sense of "Well guess I'm doing this now" and I found myself just sliding into this role I had in the world now pretty easily. When I was a child, when I was sick I had nightmarish memories of dying, of a rope and wood plank suspension bridge, being exhausted, falling through into a dirty river, a helicopter coming down but I went under. I’d wake up screaming. My brother told me I used to sleepwalk, more crawling and telling him to be quiet. I’d forgotten them for many years until one day my mother told me a story about a man she knew before my father whom went to Vietnam and never came back. But he gave her a book, this story she told me before leaving home to move to California, saying she wanted me to have it. When my hand touched The Rubiyat of Omar Khayam, it was like electricity shooting through me and suddenly the memory of the nightmare of my death came back to me after having blocked it out since I was maybe 4 years old. What a trip, right?

People who die young - typically before age 28, re-incarnate very fast - in order to compete their karma - that is to see what they needed to learn. The healthy situation is that all memories are blocked (as they are often violent and traumatic) but sleepwalking and vivid dreams are pathological condition of the body, normally caused by a genetic issue where you struggle to make certain connective tissues. In your case the memory leaked through to your dreams and clearly caused you and your brother some suffering. The plus side is that you learned something important at a young age.

Beautiful explanation, that’s how Sanatana Dharma, the eternal path in Hindu culture, explains Samsara, the circle of life and death. They add that our entanglement in this world is due our Karma, which implies a chain of actions which compels to reactions, and due our ignorance, avidya, each life instead of terminating with our past karma, which are imprinted on our soul as samskaras, we end up building much more. The paths leading to Moksha, salvation are the paths which brings us in a transformation of our consciousness, together with proper wisdom , until the end of the eternal circle of life and death, full of impermanent happiness and pain, Samsara. There are many paths brought by enlightenment Masters, In Vaishnavism, a branch of Sanatan Dharma, Moksha can only be attained by Gods Grace, but to prepare for that we engage into actions of Divine Love, Bhakti,mainly actions are described as 9 forms, Navada Bhakti. One important fact on the path is to recognize our impotency and complete dependency on God’s Grace, surrendering for His will is the ultimate path , Sardanga Yoga, the six Angas (steps) of Sharanagati (total surrender to God)

God's grace? His will is the ultimate path? Ok first of all if you call the divine "him" you have never connected with it, as it bares no gender, as gender is a PHYSICAL construct. Also God's grace is a joke. We are talking about an energy that bares a true consciousness that is living in ALL things. This means it is as evil as it is good, actually judging by this world it is more evil than good. The divine consciousness of Life itself does not care about its creations, it only cares about LEARNING through its creations. No matter what the outcome is it always wins because it always learns. The grace you speak of must come from each one of us, for WE are the divine. I listen to so many people go off about karma, about praying for help from some god. meanwhile we ARE that divinity we seek. If our world lacks love and grace it is because WE lack that. You can surrender to the divine, I did. It led me no where really because the divine can not fix this world, only the living can do that.The religion you speak of like ALL other religions was financed and co created by the elite of the ancient world. If you think the elite have our best interests at heart you are totally illogical. Religion is for the lost and ignorant, and it will never lead one back to the real truth. I am a rare breed, I can access my past life knowledge quite easily. I met a woman at Esalen in Big Sur in 2002, she was the only person in that ridiculous place that understood my sound meditations. She told me very few people in the world can do what I do, the only other ones she met were monks in Tibet who could also do that. It was not religion, a guru or ancient wisdom that taught me that, it was ME. One is ready for whatever one wishes to give oneself.
@GingaMan
@GingaMan Жыл бұрын
To add to what I already expressed because I believe in fairness. While it is true that the closer I got to the divine the more I began to understand everything I just told you, I have also learnt that if you are there for the actual goodness of life itself then Life itself will lift you up to some degree, and your connection and spiritual knowledge will grow within you. I have honestly been taught by the divine that it is not here to fix anything, it can only assist. By design itself it assists whatever wants to be assisted to limited degrees. people call it prayer, or hope or intention. I call it send and request, much like computer programming. As we are the soul software apps of the original computer; LIFE itself! I practice no religion, I do not meditate in a formulaic way, only random and non-premeditated ways. The only thing I do that is constant is my sound meditations and breathing techniques, these 2 things keep me connected to my soul, spirit and purpose. Anyone can do this in their own way, life is not so dogmatic.Our biggest challenge as individuals is to just give of ourselves freely without attachment, and to do so in loving ways. Most people can not do this, like monkeys they need a reward for giving of themselves. This is what will continue to hold us back as a species. For myself I see the possible end of humanity as we know it, along with the cycle of life the Earth holds right now. I am at peace with this as I do my best to be real, honest, allowing and giving each day. Time rewrites itself, Earth rewrites itself, life rewrites itself. Its that constant learning thing I spoke of earlier. Be at peace with that. Namaste.

I like to use the analogy of our incarnations into the physical plane as one going to school. We come to learn, experience, overcome and reconcile. As a soul, we know what must be learned and experienced to complete our journey and we even choose to be born into certain lifestyles or certain circumstances that would be most likely to provide us with the opportunity to learn, what it is that, we need to learn. There is no failure in this school of physicallity. There is always progress whether we succeed in learning what we came to learn or are unsuccessful in learning many of the things which we came to learn. We are given unlimited chances to return here, in this physical plane, to continue learning, experiencing, overcoming and reconciling what is necessary until we accomplish it. Karma cannot be separated from these incarnation experiences and we enter this world with both karmic debts and karmic credits, for what we have sown in past lives, must be reaped, either in this life or another, until it is no longer necessary to do so and we take on the Christ consciousness, which makes us one with God and God's purpose for us. Jesus came to show us that it is possible to attain Christ consciousness without endless incarnations. I believe it to be, to this end, that our soul goes on this journey. It is a journey that is necessary because our souls lost sight of our original relationship with God. Our souls are on a journey to relearn this relationship. We were created in the image and likeness of God. God is Spirit. We were created with free will, and as co-creators with God, as well as companions to God. However, we used our free will to defy God's will for us. As souls with free will, we reasoned that using our free will meant defying God's will. We did not reason that choosing to love God and making our will one with His, was using our free will. Because of this we became so immersed in the physical realms of God's creations, that we forgot our true nature as spirit and and our relationship with God. We need to gain this back, and that is the journey that we are on. As an ego or personality in each incarnation, we are transient. The soul is the true essence of our existence. We are not lost as personalities, but rather incorporated into the soul, where each individual personality of our many incarnations is not lost within the soul. So it is indeed, that our true essence is as a soul that has a body and a personality or ego, and not a body and a personality that has a soul, as you iterated. 🙂

Then, bitterly cold Winter night, he began knocking ondoors asking to come in for warmth & police were called. 2 days later, while he was in the hospital (confused & fighting with staff) & not knowing I had a problem, I went into heart failure & needed cardiac surgery & then a pacemaker. I was suffering from the Takosubo syndrome ("heartbreak" syndrome) which kills many people. It's stress-induced cardiac damage & the only stress I'd had was tryigng to care for my brother. I made the hard decisionotpetitionfora Guardianship & agency; knowingI was at my limit. Now, 2 years later he's in a horrible nursing home & needs protection, again. I've decided to helpwhen I saw where the agency moved him. He has many needs, no clothes, etc. NOT take over the Guardianship, but become activelty involved. My family's mad at me for this decision; they want me to take over, but I've prayed & meditated about this & am comfortable with this level of involvement. I've seen reincarnation right in front of me. Never believed on it until I witnessed it myself. It's nothing like people presume. I was raised as a Catholic but I'm also a believer in science and that every faith has bits of truth from every culture. It's up to the seeker to receive or not. They hoard it so they can always be in the upper rungs. As spiritual a practice though it may be, its material greed that keels them quiet. They're leaking some now necwuse they know many of us have caught on. God is doing a new things now and revealing much. May He/She bless you all on your journeys.
