I read energy pretty well. My view on this relationship is that Dean has a hard time expressing his emotions because being vulnerable is uncomfortable, especially in front of others. Behind the scenes is probably a different story. He loves caelynn because she provides an open, non judgemental and loving environment where he can feel accepted. He pretends not to care as much as he does. Which he should work on, but I can relate. When you come from a broken home, you learn to protect yourself at all costs in order to not be abandoned or let down again. On the inside, he's as soft as a marshmallow, and Caelynn awakens his heart to what he's always wanted yet had a hard time allowing himself to truly feel and fall in love without fear. She may come across as "push over" in some peoples eyes but really, she's the one in control of his heart because without her he'd be broken. It is just the contrast that makes it seem that way. She is pure, and she understands him past the first layer. Like an onion, if you know the root of the soul/heart the rest is just superficial and a mask. She enjoys the adventure he gives her, because her own soul yearns to be free. To feel love in its wild form, even if others don't see what she sees. Don't judge books my their covers. I think there's also something to be said about getting over hating being on camera for an experience. Even though I *hate* being on camera the idea of bachelor sounds fun and almost worth it? Go on some fun group activity dates, maybe find love with a cute guy, make some friends, live in a beautiful mansion, and in a normal year be in beautiful places.

Even Caelynns voice is so calming and soothing. She is just so chill with him and I think that’s why they gravitate to one another. One of my fav couples. What you have is special. Keep up the good work you two. Ps Dean’s personality reminds me of my husband’s. Super sarcastic and unless someone really knows them they think they’re being jerks. 😂 just because he doesn’t show his love the way others would doesn’t mean he’s not crazy about her.

Dean reminds me SO MUCH of my brother! One of the ways, is how they both express love. My brother may never initiate a phone call or a message saying hey what’s up, will never say I love you, but he will go out of his way to make someone feel special in a different way. Ex. He had a painting I loved and that he loved. I always teased him that one day I will steal it from him. Years after, guess what his wedding gift was to me when I got married? He never told me that was his plan, it was a complete surprise. Ok why did I share this? Dean allowing caelynn to carry his mother’s last name is a super deep expression of love. Sure he’s afraid of commitment maybe, for good reasons no doubt (and I bet ya those reasons are also very deep) but he is capable of loving, and loving deep, and he shows it in his own Dean way. I mean what do I know lol I don’t know Dean in person but I’ve been observing him on TV ever since Rachel’s season and that’s my take. All along I just saw those similarities between my brother and Dean and it helped me understand him better and understand why their relationship works so well! I know you don’t care what I wrote above, but if one of the negatively disposed viewers is reading this, please take this away - don’t judge Dean based on how romance and love and relationships are presented by others - everyone expresses themselves differently, and it doesn’t mean automatic failure and it doesn’t mean deficiency. Caelynn and Dean - you two are awesome 🤍

i know this is just a 15 minute video so I could be way off base but you can really see how much these two love and respect each other 🥺 It seems Dean has lots of fears around marriage but I think its much more promising to see how hesitant he is about that commitment as opposed to these people that get married so quickly without really thinking about what that means. Caelynn seems self assured and ready for marriage, and her patience with Dean and just being with him, even though theres so much pressure from thousands of people for them to "secure" their relationship with a ring, its really beautiful.

My husband and I got married in Yosemite just me, him and his brother was the minister! I loved this - me and my other half have been together 9 years and aren’t married, I joked we’d think about it after 5 years, now I joke we’ll think about it after 10. We love our relationship so much I feel no need to change it or get a piece of paper to make a commitment - we know, and that’s all that matters .
