You look great Tammy! You’re blessed to have experienced both births! Child birth and recovery is not easy. My last son just turned 2 and I still feel like my body is recovering as crazy as that sounds. The sleep loss is insane! The emotional and hormonal changes are definitely real! As a mom of 6 children, all I can suggest is to be gentle with yourself! Take time to listen to your body. Some days you’ll feel like super woman , get up do you make up and hair and other days you’ll feel like you’re falling apart. It’s ok! Trust me! Being ok with this is something I still struggle with as a mom. Just taking time to myself and being kind to myself. So that’s my little advice to you 💕💕 All the best to your family Tammy!

Saski reminds me of myself with my little brother. There is an 8 year age gap between us and I was my mums little helper. Wolf and Sas are always going to be looking out for their little sis. So lovely seeing you happy and glad you are enjoying little Posy, definitely worth the exhaustion!! 🥰

10 days PP with my son as a first time mom and I really needed to feel validated! I labored at home and went to the hospital at 9cm dilated and also had an unmedicated birth! It was intense and this 4th trimester is a LOT so thank you for this :)

Ahhh tammy when I saw your video from labour I was just crying my eyes out. It was somehow so emotional and now I want 2 or more kids more than ever. Seeing yours & your sisters bond was so magical. Hey thanks for this video and speaking about hemorradges. I gave birth 3 months ago to my baby girl , I dialated too fast like you. I was 4 cm then 5 minutes later I was pushing. I lost 3 liters and a half of blood! ( I just had 1 liter left of blood in my body). Got a blood transfusions , 2 iron transfusions....after birth they placed a balloon inside my uterus but it didn't work. SO I had a little operation called Embolisation to make the blood stop. I wasn't with my baby for 24h was rly tough as I was by myself in intensive care. They nearly removed my uterus all together but the operation worked so thanks God that didn't happen...So happy they got to stop yours on time ❤❤ enjoy your baby

Thanks for answering my (or someone else's if they asked too) Q about birthing on your back! I'm 32 weeks and getting more and more anxious, and being put on my back and having intervention is so scary to me. I wish I could see your birth plan! I'm supposed to write mine this weekend and I feel lost haha. I’ve had 3 Natural unmedicated Labours they were all very fast. My 1st was 2 hour 40 minutes my 2nd was 1 hour 18 minutes and my 3rd was 12 minutes! I was 17 when I had my 1st daughter and all I did through Labour was hypnobithing and I can honestly say hand on heart it wasn’t painful 😅 some people call me crazy! My first 2 daughter were quite small they weighed 6Ibs 12oz & 6Ibs 9oz however my 3rd daughter was 8Ibs 7.5oz I delivered her in 12 minutes and didn’t need any stitches which I couldn’t believe 🤣 people say I’m lying and that I’m just trying to look tough but I genuinely didn’t find Labour painful it was uncomfortable and I didn’t know what to do with myself through the transition phase but I just listened to my body kept telling myself I was made to do this kept hypno breathing and listening to my husband positive words which really helped. I’m 22 now and my 3rd daughter is almost 6 weeks old and I’m already planning my 4th 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ but we’re gonna wait a while as all our girls are quite close I age! And between our 1st & 2nd we had a miscarriage and between our 2nd & 3rd we had a miscarriage we conceived our 3rd daughter 3 weeks after the miscarriage with no period so my body deffo needs a break 🤣 I’m due back work soon and I’m so not ready to leave my little Baba but I’m so ready to go back to normality and have a routine again 😌 congratulations on Baba however we give birth we’re all still superstars and at the end of the day we get our beautiful baby’s 🥰

No one ever tells you how traumatic you feel mentally after an unmedicated birth! I remember my partner joked about having another and in my mind I went into fetal position lols my girl is almost two and I still feel scared to give birth again lols Congratulations on baby P she’s so cute and I hope you have a speedy recovery!!

I didnt have any pain relief with my second child - most amazing experience to actually 'feel' every step!! I too was climbing the walls in pain during transition!! congratulations on your new little girl. a very exciting time.. it all passes by so quick (my son is now 18!) so enjoy every moment!! even the shitty ones!

I couldn’t do it, I always needed my epidural. My labors were so so long and I would not dilate for so long. It’s terrible. I had 2 girl and boy and that was enough lol! Good for you that you could do it naturally that so amazing! 💕💕💕💕

@@michelledoyle1969 that's so amazing! 💜 I was alone, I sent my fiance and 1yr old to Lowes to get a portable water heater for the birthing pool 😅 he was only gone 20min and I went into full transition and water broke and baby fell right into the toilet because I had no idea what was happening haha from walking around the house and sending him out to baby fully out and in my arms in 20min 🙃 it was crazy but I loved it so much! ❤️

@Raven Herbert you are amazing🌹all round, I had a slow leakage with my water breaking so I was waiting for the big gush! & I started to get period like pain at 10:30pm & I slept throughout,until I woke in full transition also & by that time it was too late, I was on my knees & then I turned onto my back to deliver.My partner was on the phone to emergency services & they told him they were on the way as he left the cord & I hadn't pushed for the placentia ,so that happened at the hospital.The two men that came in the ambulance were so excited they said they didn't get to experience beautiful blessings like this & they came to visit afterwards & wanted me to name my son with both their names 😂What an experience to have,

Congrats!! I took the epidural and all I can say is thank god lol I was rly terrified n don’t get me wrong the contractions did hurt until the epidural kicked in. But I did not have a traumatic birth experience I felt nothing. Which is what I wanted lol

I feel exactly the same- worst pain of my life except for laser tattoo removal I was swearing and screaming my head off and they gave me the Epi dural at 9cms while I was needing to push cause I refused to go on without one.
