Yes they offer vocation schools, however most of them are taught in Lithuanian, but check schools like SMK and they might have some EN versions for such courses and for sure check studyin.lt for other options for voca schools

If you submitted, the next step is to book appointment with the VFS/LT embassy you plan to submit your original documents. You shouldn't need any approval from migris to go to book appointment unless something changed recently and if it did, then give it a few days or a week.

School is free. Medical insurance is mandatory for everyone 18+ years, if you have employer they must pay your medical insurance, if not you will have to pay it by yourself. If you will learn our language, some history and culture, you will become one of us. But if you will not learn to speak you will live in total isolation or in a small bubble of people.
