I ran a 4:26 as a Junior and still have my Senior Track season left. I have finished my application for the USAFA with only my Congressional Interview remaining. Is there anything I can do to increase my goal of running at the Air Force Academy?

Okay, so I wear a men's sizes 18 shoe, I am 6 foot 5, and I am 15 years old, so I will most likely grow some more. Will my shoe size and my height be an issue if I happen to get accepted into the Air Force Academy?

We had a 6’8” teammate who graduated and ended up becoming a pilot he just needed a waiver

How often do you guys do this core training in a week?

Maybe 2-4x. More often in summer/winter outside of racing season and less often during competition season. This is also supplemental to lifts 2x a week which also involve core strengthening exercises.

I ran 4:42 and this is my first year running l think that l can run faster than that!! And I did good at the xc state championship l ran 16:31 my first season
