My hubby and I used to travel a lot. We had a lot of opportunities to give up our seats but always needed to be home. Then one time we flew from Vegas to Salt Lake City. We live in FL. They kept making offers for people to give up their seats on the flight to Orlando. It was Fri. of Memorial Day weekend. We didn’t have to be back to work until Tues. We decided to take them up on the offer. We stayed in a nice hotel for free and had a free dinner. We took a tour of Salt Lake City-the only time we have been there. The next day we had a free breakfast and we flew to Orlando first class. I would never pay for first class but it sure was nice. They gave us tickets to anyplace Delta flies to use within a year. We went to Cancun. It was a great deal!

I am so glad you talked about why you arent planning to get another pet… it’s understandable but I always think about how you could be saving the life of an animal and giving them an amazing life and comfortable place to live… it may not be perfect but it would be a huge improvement from a shelter or the street… ❤️ Whichever parent was home when we misbehaved punished us… usually extra chores, however, my dad would make us start the chore and then come and help us… he hated punishing us.. and would often say that he was partially responsible as if we did something wrong he didn’t teach us the right way to handle the situation… ❤️❤️❤️ he was the best… the worst punishment was when they would say they were disappointed in us… I used to beg them to just punish me and not be disappointed in me… Tami… I would not want unlimited money because I think so many people would ask me for it, I would never have any peace with all the requests… people you don’t even know harassing you for it… having to wonder if people are only your friend because you have money… I’m a private person and that would drive me crazy… Favorite candy Lindt truffles dark or extra dark… Favorite candy bars 1. Reese’s holiday shapes (white, but I’ll eat any) 2. Kit Kat 3. Too hard to name just one for this spot… mounds, whatchamacallit or dove dark maybe… I’d put a piece of bread in my scrambled eggs (before they were cooked) and sone syrup too and make French toast… lol I don’t like scrambled eggs… lol Holiday meats are always turkey and usually filet or some type of beef… my cousin was vegetarian at one point and brought a tofurkey… which my dad ate some of to be polite and make her feel welcome… belayer told us how awful it was… but there are many, many side dishes without meat… This was so much fun… I didn’t even realize how long it was… lol

I am vegetarian, I hosted a friendsgiving for my husband and friends last year. I made a giant turkey and I bought a smaller vegetarian turkey thing for myself. I grew up with a family that loves meat, my husband does, I cook it for them. Being vegetarian is a personal choice and I am used to doubling up an option for me and others. I am also used to there being no option and eating sides as you mentioned. I think anyone with dietary preferences is used to managing themselves!

That’s funny most dogs don’t live to 18 but that’s good to think long term like that. Our oldest dog and cat got to 20 years old but that’s an anomaly! Everything else you said I agree. We have been rescuing hound dogs for 40 years!!! They bring lots of joy and lots of work… definitely keep you outdoors in all kind’s weather ❤️

Airlines could never do that because one of the biggest cause of a delay is the weather and no one can control that. Hawaii is 3 hours over the states and 5 hours over the pacific. That is if you are going there from Chicago. Money can take the monkey off your back but it has never made me happy. My family and animals make me happy. My favorite candy is Maple Nut Goodies but they stopped making them. Payday is my favorite candy bar.

I agree that it isn't fair for one parent to make the other discipline the child. It makes them out to be the bad guy as you said. I totally disagree with spanking (smacking as we would say). When I was younger, my mum would smack me, mostly when she was angry at something I had done. It felt impulsive and most of the time, I don't think I deserved to be punished at all. I think it can have a very harmful effect on the relationship you have with your parents, as they stop being a reasonable figure in your life, and you stop trusting them. It makes you feel very small. My mum stopped smacking me when one day, when I must have been 15, I said if you hit me again, I will hit you back. I had gotten to an age where I wouldn't be demeaned like that anymore. I was also much bigger than her by then. I don't blame my mum because that is what she knew, but I definitely think it's wrong and it took me many years to get over that.

yea that happened, but my mom wacked me sometimes. I was a bad kid though I wouldn't want to go to school. Mostly because I got bullied at school, and I got bullied (verbally and mentally) at home. It's not as bad now, but one time I can remember mom called the po on my dad because i didn't want to get ready for school. I'd get very badly verbally abused, and wacked a couple times. (i wasn't hurt so they didn't press charges). In high school my English teacher made me cry because "I forgot my homework" so i hate English, but i like to read. See, i have to have my "clean" cloths on the floor but i won't put like plates and cups and stuff. I have my stuff on the chair because "WHAT DID YOU DO WITH MY STUFF?! i'd get so mad if someone touches my things, like in second grade, the rule was "if someone touched the floor it was in the trash, and I swear to you, my shoes were on my backpack (or under neath my backpack) and the class bully threw my shoes out because either "the shoe lace was touching the floor" or he knocked it off with his back pack. Needless to say we made him get me new gym shoes.So now, I need to see my things.

No one spanked me apart from my father, although he liked a belt…I liked running around the dining room table and he could net catch me😂. I think saying wait until your father gets home is more psychological punishment, making the kid ponder on what’s coming. You made me laugh about having minimal decorations in your house, especially with Tami collecting so many things😂😂. I use soap on my face and body wash for everything else. Originally a dog but now a cat for exactly the same reason Kevin stated. Flying first class can definitely agree with you in that front. Thanks for this weeks Q&A 😀.

My favorite thing about first/business class is getting to drink out of a real mug/cup and use real silverware and plates. Also having enough room to cross my legs if I want to. I think if you guys want a taste of the good life you may be able to swing premium economy to Europe. On European airlines it’s pretty nice.

Coming from someone that has alot of hygiene products. I have my shampoo and conditioner for my hair along with an oil I use once a month for my scalp and hair growth. I have shower scrub and body wash for my body and soap bar is for face and parts. I was told from my gyno that body wash and scented soap is the worst thing to use so I have dial soap for my personal areas. Scrub is for exfoliating pores and just makes the skin super soft. 😂it's a lot but I tried to only use that I need I don't like all that clutter in my shower so I will pick one scent for the week or whenever and thats what I use until I decide a different screen and I switch out the products in my shower.

Because they have reviewed all the cookies there are no new cookies to review Personally I stopped buying them because I'm tired of underbaked cookies they're disgusting if you're going to pay $5 for a cookie they should at least ask you if you want it cooked or under baked just like when you order a steak at a restaurant , you are asked how you want it cooked, just because a lot of people like underbaked, gooey cookies, dot NOT mean alot more people like them! I constantly hear how people complain about how under baked there cookies are!

I understand not wanting a pet at the moment. But for me, growing up I've always had pets, so the thought of myself without any doesn't seem right. We've never brought our cats to the vet unless we were fixing them or there was a problem. Thomas, my (first) dog on the other hand goes regularly. Not that I value dogs more than cats, but cats are more resilient to things imho. And since Thomas goes outside and to the groomer, he needs his shots and flea/tick meds to keep him healthy. My family typically likes turkey for thanksgiving, and prime rib for christmas (if they bother). My middle sister is vegetarian, so if she's there she usually eats pasta, sides, and some kind of veggie meat for holiday dinners. I don't like eggs, but my mom mixes bacon and cheese in her eggs every morning. She likes spinach too, but my dad will pick out every single leaf.. It's pretty ridiculous. 🙄 She prefers the patties too. I've never minded either tbh, as long as they're the turkey ones. This isn't meant to scare anybody (my dad doesn't care for his health, to preface) but my dad has gotten multiple bouts of kidney stones from diet soda, AND rotted his teeth out to the point where he had to get a full set of implants. Plus, his intake has been actively disrupting the healing of the wounds he has had for years. Yet, he still slams loads of it a day.. No matter how much or how loudly doctors or family members tell him to quit it. I loved Lake George growing up. The campground we went to kinda took a turn though and I don't like it anymore... It's less nature-y and more amusement-y. 😕 For a salad, roasted eggplant and tomatoes... Or raw zucchini. Zucchini is my favorite vegetable! Favorite candy.. Mike and Ikes! The tropical ones. Also Pretzel M&M's, Cow Tales, Charleston Chews (the minis, from the fridge), Bit-O-Honey... My taste buds can't take it anymore though. I can eat a tiny piece and be done for like a year 😆😅

My mom delayed punishment. My dad is a retired Captain of the NC Highway Patrol and his hours were different a lot of the time so we had to wait. Not only was it a delay, but I was anxious the entire time waiting for my dad to come home. Never understood that either. I need to ask my dad how he felt about that. I can’t stand clutter. I need for things to be organized. My husband if not controlled by me could be a borderline hoarder. When my father in law passed and we cleaned out his childhood home I couldn’t believe it what we found and where. He didn’t do anything after my mother in law passed and just added more. 😬 We are pet free at the moment and enjoy the freedom. However we will eventually get a dog. Ham and Turkey are my picks for meats. All the sides you named with the addition of corn casserole. The cellphone use while driving grates my nerves!!! My stepmom has Lyme’s disease and it has caused neuropathy and she can’t take anything because of her allergy to so many meds. It’s horrible! Salad toppings - croutons, cheese, tomato and cucumbers with honey mustard dressing. Fav Hard candy butterscotch discs yes I’m old!😂 Reese’s, Zero Bar and 100 Grands. Great vlog!
