Should I wait receive a denial of reasonable accommodations before submitting for a federal disability retirement? My agency missed the 30 day response window to my request which was last Friday. I will be filing an EEO complaint today to address that as my indefinite suspension starts next week.

What happens to any remaining sick leave...does it get added to length of service?

Great question! Sick leave will be credited on as additional years of service when computing annuity payments, but it cannot make you eligible to retire.
