Hi Dr Goldner. You're awesome. I'm a lupus patient from 2012 on 400mg plaquenil and 20mg prednisone with other supplements. Then I was put on azathioprine which I had to stop because it was affecting my liver and kidney. I've been following you for some time. Overtime maybe last 2-3 years I've made gradual changes in my diet like cutting out all animal products, dairy, oil, sugar, flour, pasta, grains and refined foods. From the time I cut out meat I haven't had any protein in my urine which I was getting every time I did my bloodworks. Also, since cutting out dairy as well I haven't had excruciating menstrual cramps. I dreaded my cycle every month. Thank God pain is a thing of the past. Now it comes and I don't even know. Good stuff. Anyway, for breakfast I had large bowls of a variety of local fruits in season and pumpkin and breadfruit porridge with bananas, dates, flax and chia seeds. YUMMY. For lunch, I had ground provisions, beans/ peas with a large salad. For dinner, I'd probably have a fruit. I drink lots of water throughout the day. I did that for months and I was able to taper the prednisone to 7.5mg. Until Oct 2018, I told my husband I will do large salads only for lunch. I did it for a month and decided to do smoothies for breakfast as well. Miraculously, 3 full glasses of smoothies kept me til lunch. And the large salads kept me til dinner. Sometimes, I ate not because I was hungry but just because I started losing weight. To me it wasn't good because I'm not big. Anyway, with support from my husband to not worry about it, I brushed the thought aside because I was seeing results. I was able to taper to 2.5mg prednisone with no pain. I thank God I haven't had pain or swollen joints since Jan 2018 when I decided to have a slice of plain cake. Worst mistake ever but I haven't had junk food since. In addition to the change in diet is having support. Apart from God, my greatest support has been my husband who jumped on board with the salads only for lunch and also doing the green smoothies for the 6 weeks with me. That's so unheard of and so cool. I sooo love this guy. Also, I exercise, get 8 hours of sleep most days in a ventilated room and spend quality time with God for strength. In November 2018, my wonderful husband gifted me with a vitamix and an omega juicer. I started the 6 week protocol right away. I do 1pound of a variety of greens. Half pound for breakfast and the other half for lunch. And I do vegetables and fruit juices for dinner. I was able to taper to 1.25mg with no pain. I will be ending week 5 tomorrow and looking forward to week 6. Right now as I write, today is 6 days since I haven't taken prednisone and I feel normal. I give God all the praise. Oh! I forgot to mention I stopped the plaquenil late November because it was making my eyes very waxy. I just never replenished when it finished. I will still continue the green smoothies at the end of the 6 weeks when I reincorporate plant based foods into my diet. It feels good not to be popping tablets every morning. I am on my way to reversing lupus and healing myself with the Power of God by eating the way He recommended originally. Looking forward to my bloodworks after. With all that said I'd like to encourage every lupus patient to give the 6 week green smoothie protocol a try. All you have to lose is just money spent on vegetables and a blender. So what?!

I'm very happy to see this video. I backed off the diet a long time ago because my doctors said I didn't produce enough red blood cells. With what I was eating I didn't have iron so I started eating read meat to compensate. This set me in a downward spiral and just this morning I got out of the hospital because of a horrendous flair up. I'm going to do this again and I'm going to the classes. I don't know how to build my red blood cells but I'm going to take notes and do this the right way this time.

Sjogrens dental question: over brushing can be it’s own problem, and if you’re sipping all day, it won’t solve the issue. The xylitol gum makes sense, and you can add baking soda to your water mouth rinse, but spit it out. I’d suggest drinking a set amount every hour, followed by a water/baking soda swish or gum, or both. Then focus on water intake between shots of smoothie.

I was fully raw for 2 years and got better then worse. I kept getting dizzy and having severe histamine reactions to things like oranges and spinach. 5 years later after 2 more kids and keto for 3 years and I'm much better, but I still feel my best with green juices and smoothies. I wish I could live off them for eternity lol

I have histamine issues and understand this struggle. As we heal our gut this can heal too but i think it takes awhile. You can do green smoothies low carb 💚. I dont use spinach (oxalate sensitive). I use the darkest romaine - usually Sprouts has the best i can find, also arugula, celery, cucumber, etc. I’m recovering from horrific sibo. Im currently finding my kale, flax/chia threshold as my microbiome & bowel function heal. Lots of water in my smoothie. I eat and blend lots of iceberg too because i love it.i hope you can find a balance with your green juices again.

Yes I spent a lot of time reviewing the research before deciding to vaccinate my kids - I have healthy skepticism considering my history with illness. The research is overwhelming that vaccines save lives. That is why I vaccinate. I base all my actions on results, and the results convinced me. My kids have done well with them. I understand it can be scary to make medical decisions nowadays - we must make the best decisions we can.

25:00 "Merck lied about this (Gardasil HPV) vaccine. It deceived the regulators. It deceived the public. The vaccine, there is no proof that the vaccine does anything to solve the problem of cervical cancer. There is indications the vaccine actually gives you cancer. And if I am misstating anything - I know what I am talking about. And I'm saying this, not on belief, but because it's true. Listen to the extreme lengths the Center for Disease Control CDC goes through to prevent scientific researchers from accessing vaccine safety data. The CDC commits fraud regularly in covering up studies that show vaccines are not safe and not effective. Geier & Geier: Autism Mercury, Thimerosol & the VSD (2005). Father and son wanted to do a vaccine safety study using the CDC (Center for Disease Control) VSD (Vaccine Safety Datalink) study & Verstraeten thirmerasol study. They are the only researchers who have ever been allowed to view the VSD data kzbin.info/www/bejne/mmGVha18jtlnqKM

I just came across your page. I just made a massive green smoothie. It's good! I know you mentioned 1/2 cup of flax seeds or chia. I don't know if u follow a low fat high carb or what your rule is. I know flood as much nutrients from greens in. I reversed pre diabetes and chronic migraines and inflammation. But i need to finish losing my 15 pounds i have sitting here. It's been months since ive lost anything. I thought changing things would help. Cause i also found myself putting bad processed stuff in my mouth and that needs to stop. So i was just trying to learn more about your plan. U should make a recipe book! I been just trying to watch videos and read up on your stuff to learn more. What else do i eat ? Are u raw
@BrookeGoldnerMD
@BrookeGoldnerMD 4 жыл бұрын
the rapid recovery protocol is all raw but not required. Adding the raw components is a great first step. The rapid recovery protocol is also the rapid fat loss protocol so do that with HIIT exercise and fat falls off quickly!

@@BrookeGoldnerMD is there more info on that? Okay like 3 weeks ago i did raw but didn't lose not 1 pound lol so i got discouraged. In the raw world they believe in very low fat. That's why i was asking u if your plan is low fat. I honestly never done completely raw so that first week im like what the heck do i eat...?? as i kept looking into it lots of raw videos they ate lots and lots of fruit. Maybe that's why i didn't lose. I felt great and felt thin Haha lots of restroom..💩 but no budge on scale. I do workout thank you! I just got to learn your plan so i can be on board and not confused.
