23rd question was mine question and i guess you just gave the perfect answer. because sometimes it is so easy to convince myself to not do something or simply skip it for once because i feel tired or stressed but at the end of the day i am still stressed but now stressed because i didn’t do that thing that i supposed to do. and most of the time it’s almost like i’m battling with myself for myself. it can be challenging at times but yeah. to try your best and trying to do what is best for you always helps.

Dear Leah, thank you so much for this video! I felt like having a profound and much needed conversation with a good friend about topics I try to suppress when I’m around family or friends. Somehow, I don’t feel comfortable talking about my anxiety and autoimmune disease with anyone really, because I don’t want to bore or upset people, but it’s also so hard to deal with it alone. It is healing in itself to just listen about it from someone else, and think, and feel. Thank you ♥

Thank you so much! 💜 Your videos bring me so much comfort, and I am sure I'm not the only one. I relate to the majority of the things you say, never felt more understood. About the university - I had to move to the other side of the country - and I've never thought much about it, but now that I'm visiting home for the first time in two years, I feel like it would be harder to move back to the city after my visit. I don't feel that connected to the place, but now I understand that my family feels a bit different. I don't think I've heard anyone talk about it. Also, hearing you talk about studying something that's not necessarily interesting for you has helped me a lot - that's just my education, I don't have to work in that field after all. And the new haircut looks amazing on you (I don't usually leave comments, but I thought I should say that while I'm at it 😅)

Leah! I'm ENFJ! I didn't believe so much in MBTI at first, until the theory suggested that ENFJ and INFP would be the best fit, and then I was surprised to find that every friend I had growing up was an INFP. In college, I used to play well in a small group of four people, three of whom were INFPs except me! Isn't that interesting? I think that's one of the reasons why I like you so much.🥰
