I think to gain confident, you have to pick out your best features and always think that your flaws make you for who you are. If everyone was the same, the earth would be a boring place. Being different is a good thing. Everyone has flaws but the only person who sees them are ourselves, so we shouldn't get paranoid because they probably don't even notice. Think of it this way: imagine your younger self is sitting next to you now, you wouldn't start picking out their flaws, would you? You'd say that they are beautiful and perfect just the way they are, so say that to yourself. Stop being cruel to yourself, you're putting yourself down. Start complimenting yourself and smiling more because you are beautiful and extraordinary.
