Well brother in south we have 6 different types of karalakattai From the pudi, bhuja, Kai, khusti toppai and for ladies the padi karalai ! The north basically just uses the pudi which they call mugdar and joris are the kusthi karalakattai! Furthermore south has 64 different types of swings using the 6 karalakattai! Each swing has a different health benefits and targets the different types of muscles

if one is sincerely curious on naming it correctly, then the ancient texts like MallaPurana or Manasollas and possibly even older ones might have answers. I think historically it was Mudgar. Calling everything clubs would add to the confusion. But yeah above all it is the practice that comes before any sort of naming.

Dutch are from Netherlands and speak Dutch language. German are from Germany who speak German language. They are neighbouring countries with similar language and culture. Like Bangla and Odia, you could say. You may be confusing Dutch and Deutsche. "Deutsche" is the German name for German language, it is not an English word.
