What about the case that all the math one needs to know is in the Gemorah. Take the Gemorah Sanhedrin's calculations for the planets?

Rabbi Mizrachi, shlita, is a tremendous, unbelievable tzaddik, who literally spends every second of his life being mekarev ALL Yidden. I don't even know how he does it, as whatever time of day I've called him with a sheileh - he's not sleeping. In his own admission, he states that his derech of kiruv is hardline, but just look at the results! I'm totally in awe of him, and the sheer numbers of people he's not only brought back to Yiddishkeit but also the numbers of people who have converted because of his teachings. Even the Lubavitcher Rebbe agreed that his way was the right way. Everything he does is totally l'sheim Shamayim and may he continue so until bias Moshach, bimheira b'yomeinu!
