Hi I passed my first interview when watching your videos. Can you maybe give a few examples of cases because I thought it was a really difficult question she asked me in the first interview. But it was one you discussed. About a shipment being delayed and what I would do internally and externally and with stakeholders. I want to do marketing branding internship.

Hi Bahroz, I completed my final interview with PG. I would like to thank you for your videos, they helped me a lot while preparing to the interviews. I wanna ask you, they told me that they are creating a pool and they will select from that pool for the open roles. Approximately how long should I wait for the offer? And if it is bad news, are they still going to let me know that I’m not selected? Luckily my three interviews went well ( its a new grad position btw) and waiting for them to call me. Should I remind myself with a mail? Thanks again!

Hi thanks for reaching out…. Glad you found the content useful.. and more importantly appreciate your support… Usually it takes a week or 10 days for them to get back… and yes they will let you know in either case.. Keep me posted… and best of luck..

Hello @@bahroz Today I recieved an email from PG saying : “In this case, we can share that you successfully passed our interview process, however we are unfortunately unable to make you a job offer at this time. We understand this will not be the outcome you are hoping for; we are always on the lookout for a perfect fit between candidate and role, and often connecting with multiple candidates in parallel, which sometimes leads to difficult choices for us between successful interviewees. We do believe you have great qualifications and hope you won’t mind if we reach out in the future should an opportunity come up where we think you would be a good match.” Does it mean I’m in the pool and I can wait for a future job offer? I am pretty upset since my interviews went really well. Waitinh for your reply. Thanks

@@denoocean hi this is not the best of news but at the same time you cleared the interview…. this means you can apply for future jobs and won’t need to reappear for online and peak tests…

Hi Behroz, I had a my first peak interview and after 2days , I was told that I was selected for 2nd peak interview after 2nd peak interview , they took more than 20days and informed that I haven’t been selected. For behavioural and situational questions I answered the way you had shared in videos . But the interviewer asked very abruptly and in a very different manner. He asked questions more on like tell projects which have been failed by you . Can you please explain his technique.

Thanks glad you found value from the videos…. The reason I inquired about the seniority of the interviewer was because when the interviewers are too senior or experienced they usually drift from the standard format…

Also can you please prepare a separate video on “ You interviewing someone “ and sharing Dos and Don’ts meanwhile . Like a Drill type considering there are questions the candidate doesn’t have some answers of … from Basic to high level ! Thank you

Good evening sir, It's been 1 month and no change in status. I still see " application in process" for my summer internship brand program. Received below message when contacted them via a ticket on p and g website " Should your application be selected, you will be contacted for participation in the next phase of the hiring process. Please note, there is not a set time frame for this process." What should I assume now? Should I prepare for interview? My scores are 15 digit, 10 switch, 3 grid levels. With 3.5 years workex and first year MBA.

Your scores are really good.. yes 1 month is the max that it takes to get an update on your application… trying calling the local office and ask for the recruitment department…

Hi it depends country by country - but on average it’s between 60-65….
