UPDATE: so I really like the deep conditioner. It had amazing slip, it was really moisturizing but at the same time I felt like it strengthened my hair at the same time (from the hydrolyzed quinoa protein). Had great moisture/protein balance.

Wow!! You don't know how to swim? Me either!!! I rarely meet other adults who don't swim as yet and I always feel so bad about it. I did actually take swim classes a year ago at the aquatic center where my kids took their lessons. I took an adult class with several other men and women who couldn't swim. It was very helpful to do it with other adults like me. I learned some strokes and the basics of breathing, but I must admit that I still NEVER go in water that would be above my head. I wasn't able to learn how to tread water and that is what scares me. I can now do a very awkward crawl stroke and can float on my back while kicking my feet in order to propel myself, but if I was swimming in water above my head and I needed to stop midway across the pool I'd be in trouble because I can't tread water. Anyway, I definitely encourage you to try signing up for an adult class or a private lesson. You may end up being a great swimmer - don't let that goal slide :)

So far i only like the curls bluberry leave in & cashmere leave in. I use strong hold gels to reduce knots on my hair. I do mini puffs/banding on my hair to protect my wash n gos.

This is one deep conditioner I want to try. I went natural cause those perms was making my hair thin. I already have a fine grade of hair. I had enough. Loving my natural hair. Wish I done it yearssss ago

Hey love! I def recommend this deep conditioner. It def is one that makes your hair soft but restored at the same time. And yes I should have gone natural sooner as well. My hair would always break off and I couldn't retain length like I do now. Thanks so much for sharing and watching!

They are doing inventory so the site is closed they are selling the liters. I bought the mask to thicken my hair, but I use it as a pre-poo cause I can't leave this in for 1 hour then hop back into the shower to wash it out

Thank you so much Sara! for moisture I recommend the following leave ins: 3-in1 conditioner by the Mane Choice, Adwoa Beauty Baomint, Miche Beauty Lavish Leave-in (i like so many others but keeping it short). for a cream: miche beauty quenched twisting butter, curls dynasty twisted definition. To seal the moisture I recommend the Jane Carter nourish and shine restorative butter. Hope hat helps!
