The poorer you are the easier it is to stomach the price swings in crypto. For me, this whole bitcoin thing had to work because just living with a college degree wasn’t working. Even when bitcoin first did its big dip in my eyes, I kept buying due to Desperation.

Youre on the right path. Ive done pretty well over the last few years financially (not trying to brag here) and the vast majority of my wealth is in BTC, because I see apmost everything else (housing, stocks, bonds, retirement funds etc) as far too controlled and manipulated, and given less returns year on year, especially with the current inflation rates. But Im prepared that it may take 10-20 years for some serious returns. But its the only exit safehaven from the current system that I see.

It’s so easy to ride the market when it’s going up, but now that having a correction, people are freaking out. There is no reason to react at all to what’s going on. Yes, prices could drop more, but does it really matter? Is anybody going to be selling their crypto at this point in the cycle anyway? That’s foolish talk.

Sec Chair is a 5 year term (June 6 if my math is correct). But I’d be surprised if the position isn’t replaced by end of January. Also keep in mind he the Bitcoin ETF was approved by the DC high court-GG was just the messenger at that point. That decision basically blew up his post government speaking tour.

Agree with you on restaking. Crypto needs to be aware about how this looks from the outside if we want funds from outside to come into crypto. Restaking sounds like a Ponzi scheme to those outside crypto and increases the chance of financial contagion.
