Loved this episode. Please do more q&a. Question from me - What was your biggest “learn” (something you didn’t know at all when you started when creating your own patterns) and where/what resources did you learn it from?

Hi Lisa, It was so interesting and educational to watch this video. I really enjoyed seeing what patterns of yours are the most popular. I am now looking for new baby things to knit and I would love to see all of your designs in a video. I think that would be fun, because i feel like, photos on ravelry don't always do justice to the patterns and when you showed your baby knits here it makes me more motivated to purchase them and knit them! Please consider this :) Looking forward to new episodes! Warm greetings from New Zealand from a fellow podcaster and indie dyer and mum. Marina.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. This was so informative. And the children's sweaters you showed are adorable with excellent workmanship. My daughter's best friend is about to have a baby so I'll take a look at your patterns. 🤗

This was so entertaining and informative, Lisa. I am not ever going to design knitwear but I truly enjoy knitting your designs. It was a shock to learn you kind of "fell" into this business. Your patterns are so well written that it is had to believe you were not formally trained to do so. Is there such an educational programme I wonder? It was really fun for this "recreational" knitter to hear the story behind the patterns. I have also learned many technical skills from your patterns and videos. It is time for me to stop focusing on children’s knitwear and knit something for myself. I will. Soon. Thank you for this and I look forward to more . Meanwhile, I will continue to enjoy knitting your designs.

I remember when Alicia Paulson made your Latte coat all those years ago! That was the first time I saw one of your designs. There is a shortage of boy patterns (in my opinion) so it isn’t surprising that your Boy Sweater is so popular. Thank you for showing us all more about your business!
