So what essmarketing technique do you find is the best way to be top 3 on google and or Yelp? Especially for a newer business

Great question! Make sure your website is optimized using targeted keywords, is mobile friendly, and loads fast. Running a Google/Yelp ads campaign is helpful too. Also make sure your Google Business page is all dialed in with the correct info and branding/photos. Hope this helps!

Scott, do you guys use a Profit Mark Up or Cost Mark Up? For Exampe: a $10,000.00 total cost job at a 20% Profit Mark Up would be $12,500.00, while a 20% Cost Mark Up (which most contractors use) would be $12,000.00. The 20% Cost Mark up really ends up being a 16% Profit, not a true 20% profit.
