If I ever suffer from sleep deprivation, I start gaining body fat, and retaining water almost immediately. My pulse and blood pressure runs high, too. Additionally, I start having intense cravings for salt, oil, and sugar.

@@DoctorKlaper Hi. I just gave the article a quick look and I will study it at day’s end. …… But, the brings up my point that I was curious about…. You had stopped taking an omega 3 supplement some time ago … does this mean that after further review and study that you think that supplement is safe to use? I remember that you and Dr. Fuhrman had a disagreement when you stopped the omega 3 supplement. Thank you very much for your time.
