Yo randomnly found you man - got done with Facebook in 2012 and life got really good. The joined Insta in 2016, thought it was cool till it made me feel just the same as I did in 2012. So deleted my account in 2019. Gotta say, it was a really really hard decision but I feel so much more calmer and really cherish in-person or calls from friends and family. Although, I hate it when I'm with them and they slide into their phone the second there is silence. It really takes me aback. It be great if people generally got off social media and just lived life like back in the day when we had to give our friends our aunts telephone number when we were at her place. Coz behind ever number was a home/family/group, not an individual. That was so nice. And there was no way to overuse/abuse that telephone as well
