Im honestly seeing a lot of Peanuts and Over the Garden Wall vibes from your style. With a hint of classic Lonney Tunes. I think its a great style. Every pose, every expression, every movement is down right inspired. Keep it up!

Fun fact I also use colors that are based on the character's personality! So I can relate to this : D. Thank you so much for answering my questions and I'm definitely looking forward to your next video!

@@talltalestudios3332 by the way, I wanted to mention I really like your character Minthe. Her hair is so much easier to draw then Vulpy’s.

I have a question! How do imagine your characters sounding, or at least just the main ones? Personally I imagine Curtis sounds like Joe Ziega, Vulpy sounding like Kate Micucci, and Mimi like Christina Modestou
@talltalestudios3332 Жыл бұрын
So far you got Curtis down, Kate Micucci sounds kinda close and Mimi's voice is a bit different then Christina Modestou. You kinda got me thinking of making a video for now lol

@tall tale Studios WOW!! just wow this Q and A video was fantastic Vulpy and also excellent choice of fanart of my original character Gman with your original character Vulpy flying away. Nice touch dude. And also here's my question to you Vulpy have you ever decided to give all your original characters voice actors?
@talltalestudios3332 Жыл бұрын
I have decided to add voice actors for my characters, but it will be a while before I can hire anyone

I have another question: if your ocs were all humans, what ethnicities would each of them be?
@talltalestudios3332 Жыл бұрын
You ask really good questions, I guess curtis and vulpy would be Japanese, neoma Greek, and peter Scottish or English. but I say this due to where the mythical creature stories stem from.

I have a question. how do you get your character to bounce as it transfers expressions and poses? is there a special program that you use?😶
@talltalestudios3332 Жыл бұрын
I use the stretch and pull method, wherein in one frame the character's expression is stretched and overly exaggerated, and then draw them less exaggerated in the next frame, I mostly use only two frames for this. I also use tvpaint but I am slowly starting to use Toonboom.
@primadonnamuffin1987 Жыл бұрын
oh, I see! So you're actually drawing each frame. I thought that you might be using some kind of transition filter. anyway, thanks for answering my question I really appreciate it, and keep up the good work. your animations are very impressive

I wish I knew this was happening. I woulda asked something. I'm really just super interested in your creative process as a whole. Designing a character's appearance and personality, writing a story, etc... I don't really have a specific question, as it was sorta answered in the video in other people's questions, but basically I just wanna say you're super cool :) and I'll probably try and commission you more next year ;)

What exactly is a Brownie?
@talltalestudios3332 Жыл бұрын
Brownies are characteristically mischievous and are often said to punish or pull pranks on lazy servants. If angered, they are sometimes said to turn malicious, like boggarts.

Thank you for answering my questions! I know I asked a lot of them. 😅😅 Just a quick question: is there gonna be any lord’s-name-taken-in-vain? I’m asking because I really wanna see the series but my dad is very religious.

I don't plan on having any religion be a focus in my series, but the characters do say God's plural
