I used to laugh a lot like you but got so much hate from my parents for laughing a lot ..then I stopped interacting with my parents when I was 15. I started feeling useless and sad. Based on his videos, i think matcha grew up normally with his family in Japan. It seems more like he is an expatriate working in UK. Being Asian myself, it's easy to pick up the British accent after awhile.
