Wonderful dialogue! At 42:00, Tim discusses how we were recently told that our breath is not Ujjayi, but rather, deep breathing with sound. This is news to me! Can someone expound, or point me to a source here? Thank you for the many great discussions on yoga, both of you! 🙏 Love, Sgt. Bicycle, KY, USA

My (basic) understanding on this is that it is only a clarification regarding the Pranayama Ujjayi breath and the Ashtanga breathing, which are different.
