M. Shahxb Firstly Yahweh is not the true name of God but Yehovah. In the Old Testament where you see “the LORD” it is the replacement for YHVH which is pronounced YEHOVAH. As one who listens to God, I asked Him “In Front of Your Throne Almighty God, who are You and what is your True and Holy Name?” Yehovah appeared to Abraham and Daniel and many of the prophets. The name Joshua is actually Yĕhowshuwa`and means “Yehovah is Salvation” Salvation in Hebrew is YESHUA the Hebrew for Jesus. So “Yehovah is Yeshua (Jesus). Replace The LORD with Yehovah and Salvation with Yeshua in the following verses and see what you get. God Bless Exodus 15:2 (NKJV) The LORD [is] my strength and song, And He has become my salvation; He [is] my God, and I will praise Him; My father's God, and I will exalt Him. As a Muslim, yes, you are correct! Yahweh, Jehovah, Elohim, and God are all Him. They're different names for Him but we all worship the same god. As an English speaking Muslim, I tend to say "God" and "Allah", but recently I've just stuck with "Allah" unless I'm speaking to non-Muslims.

Jews also don't believe he's a father to anyone, but that doesn't mean it's a different god to them. Quran 4:163: "Verily We revealed to you as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him, and We (also) revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isac and Jacob and the Tribes, and Jesus and Job and Jonah and Aaron, and Solomon, and We gave David the Psalms." Quran 5:48: "We have revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ this Book with the truth, as a confirmation of previous Scriptures and a supreme authority on them. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires over the truth that has come to you. To each of you We have ordained a code of law and a way of life. To Allah you will all return, then He will inform you ˹of the truth˺ regarding your differences". Allah even states in the last verse that the Quran is a conformation of the previous scriptures. He never claims to be a separate god and heavily implies He is, in fact, the same one. There are differences of opinions amongst Jews, Christians, and Muslims, but they all believe in the same god.

I wanted to know Him personally, for myself and He went out of His way to show me who He really is so that no one could ever convince me otherwise. Yahweh is in the Quran. The Quran mention Hebrew names, Hebrew names which have the meaning Yahweh in them.. for example, Elijah (Eliyahu or Elias etc) which means? My God is Yahweh. Muslims, are we supposed to believe what Allah says in the Quran or not? Do you believe the Quran? I ask because of this ayah: Surah 5:47 “Let the People of the Gospel judge by that which Allah hath revealed therein. Whoso judgeth not by that which Allah hath revealed: such are evil-livers.” Allah says we Christians are supposed to judge by the Gospel. Am I allowed to obey this verse? But muslims claim that the Gospel has been lost to corruption. So why did Allah tell us to judge by a Gospel that you say has been lost? How can I obey Sura 5:47?? Did Allah not know it had been lost or that it was going to be lost? How can you know something that Allah didn’t speak about when he wrote the Quran? If you say the Gospel was lost later, then you are still insulting Allah’s words in 5:47 by claiming that the words your God spoke is obsolete and invalid today. His word has lost it’s relevance. Things get just as bad because of this ayah as well: Surah 5:68 “Say O People of the Scripture! Ye have naught (of guidance) till ye observe the Torah and the Gospel and that which was revealed unto you from your Lord. That which is revealed unto thee (Muhammad) from thy Lord is certain to increase the contumacy and disbelief of many of them. But grieve not for the disbelieving folk.” Are Christians allowed to follow Sura 5:68? So according to Muslims, we Jews and Christians cannot find guidance as prescribed by 5:68 because the Torah and the Gospel is lost. But that’s not what Allah says here, You are defying His words. He says we are to find guidance in the Torah and Gospel. So are we supposed to believe the Quran or not? Is Sura 5:68 also obsolete and invalid? How much more of the Quran have you muslims declared obsolete and invalid when Allah never said any such thing. Muslims believe Allah wrote the Book in eternity, but He could not preserve it. How much more of insults will Allah take from the Muslims? The Quran affirms that the Bible is the word of God. Yes. You read that correctly. When one begins to examine the Quranic narrative, he or she will quickly come to discover that the Quran affirms the bible’s divine inspiration and inerrancy. Many Muslims, however, assert that such passages are referring to the “REAL” bible. In other words, prior to its supposed corruption. Yet when we read the following verses, it becomes blatantly clear that “Allah” and his prophet considered the bible to be uncorrupted and inspired DURING THE TIME OF MUHAMMAD: Surah 5:43: “But why do they come to thee for decision, WHEN THEY HAVE (THEIR OWN) TORAH BEFORE THEM? - THEREIN IS THE (PLAIN) COMMAND OF ALLAH; yet even after that, they would turn away. HE THEN WITHDREW THE CUSHION FROM BENEATH HIM AND PLACED THE TORAH ON IT SAYING: I BELIEVED IN THEE AND IN HIM WHO REVEALED THEE. Here are some things to note: * In surah 5:43, the Jews HAVE the Torah (Present tense). THEREIN IS Allah’s command. * In surah 5:46-47 it writes THEREIN IS GUIDANCE. Furthermore, Allah instructs us to JUDGE (Present tense) by the gospel. * Muhammad considered the Torah that existed in HIS time to be the word of God. Now in light of the Islamic evidence, a segment of the Muslim community have conjured up a theory that the bible was corrupted AFTER Muhammad’s time. This is simply impossible, seeing as we have manuscripts of the bible which date back prior to and during Muhammad’s time. In other words, we know exactly what the bible said during the commencement and launch of the Islamic religion: * The Chester Beatty Papyrus II: AD 100. * The John Rylands Manuscript: AD 130. * The Codex Vaticanus: AD 325- 350. * The Codex Sinaiticus: AD 375-400. * The Codex Washingtonianus: AD 450. Since we know the Bible was not corrupted by referring to these ancient documents and papyri, we see that Islam is proven to be locked into a grave dilemma. If the bible was corrupted, then the Quran is false because it affirms its inerrancy and inspiration. But if the bible was NOT corrupted, the Quran STILL remains false because it blatantly contradicts the biblical narrative on virtually every significant point. Now listen to Yahweh! Jesus is God. Isaiah 43:10 You are my witnesses, says LORD JEHOVAH, and my Servants whom I have chosen, and you shall know, and you shall believe in me, and you shall understand that I am he, and before me there has not been a God created, and none shall be after me. Look, Yahweh was an 'ish milcamah', he was a warmonger, like a military of today, who desperately needed a group of people in order to conquer a land that never conquered. Moses was the leader of all his subordinates, just like a captain of today's armies. You still don’t understand what the Jews and Christian’s are telling you devotees of a newer religion - Yaweh is an abridgement of an Abbreviation of Gods true name. Allah ( Arabic ) is a generic name like Elohim ( Hebrew) for God. But it only means God and does not refer to the God of the Torah and Bible This is why so many names used in Arabic contain Yahweh such as Zakariyya which means Yahweh remembers and Yahya which means Yahweh is gracious. In Biblical Aramaic Aramaic, Jesus would of refered to God as "Elah", which cognates to the Arabic word "Allah". If he spoke Syriac Aramaic, he would of said "Alaha". Arabic "Allah" is equivalent to Hebrew "El" or "Elohim". But the personal name of El is "YHWH," which means "I am who I am." You are correct and the title El can be applied to any deity , like the el in BEL zebub or Baal ( B'EL" even Satan can be called El as he is originally ELohim as in a Son of El . ALLAH is a Title that can be used by a Deity whether it is said in Hebrew or in Arabic , so it is important to actually know the Name of whatever EL you are dealing with . That’s to what I came to conclusion, after few hours of research I found that yhwh have multiple meanings also means the God who create, and in Arabic the word qayum means also create construct etc. Al hayyu Al qayum. Yhwh appears 6500 times in Old Testament and that’s the name of God given to Hebrews, but the name that Allah in Quran appears around 2700 times. I don’t know details for New Testament. About 4000 times idk it’s weird. But one thing for sure is that Arabic and hebrew have the same roots. It appears that first time when yhwh told this name to Moses, exode 3 verse 14 now look at quran too surah taha verse 14 there is like 5 emphasis before saying Allah which is an emphasis it self in phonetic to say it : innaniiii ana Allahu la ilaha illa ana. Certainly I am I am Allah no Deity except Me. And the last part of verses say worship me then and establish salat for remembering Me. That a unique verse in Quran and that’s not a coincidence, that what Allah said to Moses (Musa). Also exode 3 is very similar to beginning of sourate taha I know I learned surah taha by heart and this surah will be recited in paradise at the day of Friday, also Allah will recite this after some reciters and prophets. Surah taha is the story of Moses and God told this story to Muhammad to reconfort him. After the story of Moses which ends verse 99. Allah is talking to muhammad and telling him and us the value of Quran and the Arabic language. 114 : Allah the true Lord of lords and Lord of everything basically. Then it’s the story about Adam then 10 verse later it’s the last part about day of judgement so the hour.

Allah-im is an Arabic name that is translated from Eloh-im/Elah-im/Aloh-im/Alah-im (Allah). Why are there two Hebrew names? I will explain that. The Early Hebrew (2000 BC) is a visual language because their letters are in pictographic forms. The Hebrew pictographs for YHWH and Elohim (Allah) are nearly identical. It is similar to how Muhamnad saw Him. In the old days, our ancestors used to call the sun "a great star." Allah created the sun in His likeness and use it to reveal His message to people. When this sun descends, it comes with two bows of lengths (two rainbows). There indeed exists a sun with two circular rainbows (sun halo). Google it. To be more precise, what Muhammad actually saw was a rainbow man and rainbow man in an indivisible oneness with the sun in her womb. In Quran, it speaks of a (descending) dropping an emitting sperm (sun) and He's called the Lord Sirius. It is similar to Quran 19:19-21, "We will give you a pure boy (Jesus) as a sign to the people and a mercy from Us." It was the two rainbow angels delivering the news of Jesus from their womb. That is the prophecy they gave to Mariam. The angels of God themselves is Allah's message/testimony. Quran 53 or 54:13-14 speaks of "wood and planks" sailing under our observation. The sun sometime flashes a light cross within Myself (Allah's womb) of the rainbow angels. The light cross sailing under our observation above our heads. Allah is the Knower of the unseen and with Myself is the knowledge of the unseen (light cross). In Koran, Jesus is known as the Spirit of God and the Word. Allah is the Creator. Jesus created a bird from mud. By the way, according to Islam Tawhid is an indivisible oneness concept of Monotheism. Monotheism originated from a Greek word called Monogenes meaning "the One" and "the legitimate child." Zechariah 2:11 and Zechariah 6:15 have this saying," you will know that the Lord Almighty has sent Me to you." The Quran says to believe in the Torah, and to use the Quran to vertify whether or not the Quran is a book of God, not the other way around. The Torah is full of God and legitimate sons. Muslims have been borrowing the name Allah meaning "the One who begets a son" while denying Jesus as the legitimate son. That's the biggest irony and hypocrisy of Isalm. I guess it cant be helped considering that the Arabic language was developed 5 centuries after Jesus, and even to this day Arabs still argue over the meanings of Arabic words.

When I was learning the Hebrew alphabet the sound of the alphabet letters was very similar pronunciation. I would rather use the name in Hebrew/Aramaic because that was the language that his parents spoke. I think it has a deeper meaning than plain English due to English has different definitions and meanings depending on how it’s written. The example you gave have nothing in common , the verses are not on the same subject. If you believe in Trinity and/or you think that Jesus (Isa) is God, I agree with you, we don't believe in the same divinity. To conclude 'Allah ('name') exist before his attribute (what defines God) like 'YHWH' AND Jews says muslim pray the same God as them. Muslim Say 'Allah' to know to people the God of Islam.
