You don't determine which one would be "bigger" by how much hype it gets, or by how much it's "teased". It's bigger based on the artists. I don't care how much it's teased, a Miguel album would never be as big as a Drake/Kanye collab for example.

So your first point about a "teased" album is irrelevant w/in this argument. But assuming the question, as you tried to answer it, was "Which album is bigger- a hypothetical Cole/Kendrick album, or a 'likely/confirmed' Frank Ocean album?" My answer is still the same. My definition of "bigger" doesn't hinge on "more likely to happen."
